Rest in peace Josephine Tewson who played amongst many other roles, Hyacinth’s long-suffering, anxious neighbour in Keeping up Appearances. She’s died at the age of 91

I'm so shocked that Darius has died. I saw him at the 02 in the Pop Idol concert, and on a Friday evening on Bournemouth seafront many years ago. He was a beautiful, charismatic man with a lovely voice.

So did I! I absolutely adored him. I think he was my first proper crush.

A few years ago (2013) I went to see a production of Fiddler On the Roof starring Paul Michael Glaser. During the interval I got up and saw David Soul sitting quietly on his own at the back. He was obviously noticed by some other people because the next thing you know he was surrounded by a group of middled aged/old women. He was really sweet though and spoke to everyone and signed stuff. He'd obviously just come to see his friend which warmed my cockles that they were still close after all these years. Paul Michael Glaser actually gave him a shout out at the end too.

This was in the glamorous location of High Wycombe.

I’ve actually had a proper cry. My 9yo is going to be gutted, she loves them. They just seemed to have the loveliest friendship, and my heart hurts for Si.

Sad to hear Andrew Lloyd Webber's son, Nick, has passed away. He was a composer, like his dad. It wasn't looking good as he had advanced stomach cancer. Having survived cancer himself, it must be such an awful thing for ALW to see his son go at such a relatively young age (43). Condolences to his family and loved ones.

Sad news. They said unexpected but peaceful and he had had heart problems in the past so probably that? He was local to me and had huge praise for the hospital that treated him after his heart attack xx

Echoing the sentiments about Darius. He always came across as a very classy talented guy. I remember they played his song 'what I meant to say' and 'colourblind' round the clock on the pop channels back in 2002/3! Loved that video!

I remember he said to Nasty Nigel that he was going to have a number one gold charting album by the time he was 30, and give him his due, he certainly did it!

Still feeling shocked by this news tbh

Not surprised he was the first to go but it's way too soon.

And Priscilla. No one should ever have to endure the pain of losing their child. I don’t think Lisa Marie recovered from losing her son.
