In any photo I’ve seen of that G Flip she looks like she’s from a really rough estate and loves 2 litres of White Lightning and a scrap on a Saturday night🤣

I actually don't think Shanann's personality even has any relevance to any discussion unless she was a literal abuser and he killed her in self defence (which she wasn't) people bringing up how annoying she was or whatever leaves me feeling very uneasy

Killing the wife was one thing...but driving those innocent babies an hour away with the dead body of their mother in the truck and then killing them was horrifying to me. The murder of the wife could of been a momentary loss of control but he had an hour to think about killing those babies and he still chose to go through with it.

I've heard shady things about the GF too, apparently she first googled Shannan's name in 2017 a year before the muders. There are rumours of her being involved or knowing more than she let on.

I watched it.

I already knew all the case details but it was quite well done how Netflix re-enacted her text messages etc.

I felt so sad seeing those two little girls happy with Shannan’s family and then Shannan’s father and brother looking absolutely broken in the courtroom.

The case is interesting because you have this guy who seemingly never said boo to a goose, footage of him playing with his kids like a normal dad... and then to go and do what he did is just beyond.

I’m glad Shannan’s friend came looking for her so he didn’t have any time to think of a story. The part where they’re at the neighbours house and he’s looking away from the CCTV cos he knows it shows him loading bodies in his van is just mind blowing.

I have nothing against G, but they're really not made for the screen (possibly why they're a singer instead). I feel like G felt they had to perform for the camera hence the endless "babe" and "sweetie" and sweet nothings. Call me mad but I go nuts for on-screen relationships that show intellect and in-depth conversations and a genuine connection, a reason to make each other laugh, not *sweet nothings FADE TO BLACK*. As a result I'm yet to understand what exactly keeps them together and what they talk about/get up to on a daily basis. Didn't do much for me on the relationship-building front tbh.
On a side note - does G give anyone else the absolute ick?

The sitting on top of Chrishelle with their legs intertwined....the baseball cap...the giggling at Chrishelle drumming.

Ughhh

I think people are missing the point. Raising black and mixed children in America especially is very different to raising white children. Black children are often shot at by police just because of the colour of their skin. Parents have to teach the children how to act in front of police (no running away, no hands out of sight, no chat back etc) to protect their children. I 100% got AD's point and it is an important one. I'm white and I don't think it was racist.
