again, not a particular Georgia fan. But this woman has seemingly held down Danny’s home life for him - at his own acknowledgement.

She has been a constant and stable presence for both him and their son, which facilitated his touring and his reality tv stints. He has prioritised his work over her wellbeing it seems, on multiple occasions. When she took care of a newborn alone, when she moved house alone. Sorry but hired help is not the same.

after all that, he publicly humiliated and cheated on with. As if that wasn’t bad enough… presumably he has then gotten her to do a pap walk with him to save *his* face. When that doesn’t work, he issues a pathetic apology which is more akin to a further slap on his wife and child’s face.

it’s not just a kiss though.

he left her postpartum when she had PND, for a work gig.
She feels like she’s a “solo parent”
Her idea of relaxation is… being away from him.
He has publicly disrespected her.
He has not publicly apologised. Maybe he has apologised in private - but a public humiliation requires a public apology to be proportionate IMO
He has geared up his PR to stigmatise and smear the woman he kissed, instead of taking responsibility for himself.

and that’s just what we can ascertain. God knows what disrespect goes on behind closed doors.

im assuming your husband is otherwise a decent man who makes you feel valued and supports you, but in Georgias case… it really doesn’t come across that way. This is just the latest in a string of disconnect and disrespect.

I think she’s absolutely be justified in divorcing him over this.

I think the one thing that could’ve redeemed Danny slightly in my eyes, was if he released a statement immediately apologising to his wife and family. Taking full accountability. Instead he’s been silent, like a coward. And put out some very obvious hit pieces against Maura in the press, which aside from the right wing tabloids, no one really seems to have responded to. It’s a PR tactic that might’ve worked 5-10 years ago, but the general population tends to be a bit more media savvy now, a lot more discerning over stories put out.

Danny does not like or respect women. That much is clear to me. It was clear to me when he was full of hypocrisy and vitriol against Frankie Sandford for - gasp - breaking up with his mate. And he’s full of disrespect for his wife and Maura now too. I’m not interested in giving men the benefit of the doubt anymore, I’m in my 30s and I’m happy to trust my gut now. men who respect and like women simply don’t behave this way.

Georgia’s career has been pretty low level modelling. The world of beauty pageants is inherently shallow and misogynistic IMO. They absolutely reinforce misogynistic principles. I fear Georgia has drunk that particular kool aid.

It took me 2 abusive and a handful of shitty exes to realise that just because a man is pleasant and nice to you, just because he fancies you, doesn’t mean he humanises and respects you.

This whole thing has really bothered me this morning, what a pair of absolute morons.

I’m devastated for Cooper. Obviously it wasn’t in the public eye (which just makes this whole mess even worse) but as a child I had to deal with my father cheating with a woman who knew he had a wife and children. My mother never recovered and it’s made me extremely distrustful of anyone close to me ever since (I’m in my 30s now).

If they haven’t already split on the quiet, (tbh even if they have it still applies) Danny has just ruined not only his own reputation and marriage, but potentially future mental wellbeing of his child for the sake of what exactly? So very disappointing considering his own history.

Yeah, I can not bring myself to agree with you when she was paid at least 125k in December 2020 for I’m a Celeb and claimed on that same show she makes millions or however much it was from her podcasts. Her day to day work of podcasts and writing books was not effected at all. Now, I’d be more slack with her if she had staff / pa and they weren’t needed during lockdowns but she doesn’t, she is the only member of staff. They have a 2.5 million pound house and a net worth of 8 million....

I know so many people with small businesses denied furlough or made redundant and have had life changing things happen due to the pandemic so no, I will not let her off for claiming 30k. Just because you can doesn’t mean you need to or you should, it wasn’t free money, it’s tax money we pay for and will probably spend years paying it all off.

Sorry but that’s bullshit. There hasn’t been much credible research into a correlation between ADHD and cheating.

ADHD can manifest in impulsive behaviour in some people which can contribute to cheating.

but Danny chose to stay up until 6am with Maura. That’s a series of decisions. If you allow him to claim the kiss was an impulsive action, then the fact remains that he stayed with Maura. That was a choice he made.

and if Danny has diagnosed ADHD (does he?) then this won’t be the first time he’s engaged in impulsive behaviour. Which means he should know in advance not to drink, not to be around a woman he is attracted to while drunk etc etc.

alcohol can also contribute to impulsive decisions, but it’s never an excuse for cheating or other poor behaviour.

and his radio silence, his forced pap walks? None of that is impulsive. That’s a man who has taken zero accountability for his behaviour.

No doubt his sister has commented on the dm to make excuses for him.

there are none. Danny has simply shown the world the selfish and self centred individual he is, regardless of any ADHD.

both women are attractive, seriously what does it matter what either one looks like? Why compare them? Both are hugely more attractive than Danny at any rate.

Na she kissed a married man with a child, she might not have taken any vows but I’m sure she knows the difference between right and wrong. She would have also spent time with that wife and child.
Danny is obviously diabolical and I’m not blaming the woman here. I do believe she’s crossed a line and she’s in the public eye so for her own sake as well as anyone else’s she should apologise.
