Don't EVER underestimate emotional abuse just because you can't see it.

As far as I can tell she didn't put a spin on it, she said Mark said it's not the right time and he didn't want it, she was scared of losing him if she had the baby. He said it wasn't the right time and he couldn't guarantee he'd stay with her if she kept it.

Then made her keep it secret, then dumped her.

There was a shit load of Aytee workout gear lying in the hallway, but the robbers declined to take it, leaving it for the dustbin men instead.

That clip is sad to watch, engagement speech and he still managed to put Lauren down, top models in Miami! Almost as if he is paying her a compliment!

Mark and Lauren were the real deal, it wasnt a showmance, they were together for years before Towie, they were each others first love, that crying WAS genuine, but the appeal of fame and Mark's big ego put an end to it all, he thought he was better than it all, his mother thought he was better than it all and that's what destroyed them and left Lauren a wreck, in her head it had always been Mark and his family, his family were the family she never had then suddenly it all disappeared and she was left with no support system, add to that the complete bashing she got in the media and on social media, is it any wonder she is the way she is now?

No one in the Wright family ages well. They all over tan in their youth and look like a weathered suitcase by the time they hit 40.
Carol and Jess dress like Blanche from the golden girls (but with no humour) so it’s not surprising.

Wtaf? He showed ‘us’ how to renovate a ‘bureau’ except he didn’t know what a bureau was, he even said ‘now I’m sure like me you don’t know what a bureau even is…. Well it’s a sort of desk’
He then went on to say that ‘his nan’ had told him how to renovate old wood….(I’m sure she did, as he has loads of it in his McMansion..) and then proceeded to show us.

Who ever at the BBC thought that having him present this show was a good idea needs a punch in the face.

I never understand why people with lots of money but little talent buy houses that are clearly too big. I can't really see Mark sitting in the library, or the study ... Ladybird books don't really take up THAT much room for a start. I guess it's over-compensation for something. I'm not judging, if people want to live in massive houses (I'm thinking Meghan and Harry with their 16 bathrooms) that is their business, I just don't get it.

Honestly I’ve never understood why people seem to think she’s this saint who’s being held hostage by the wrights - she’s right in there with them, cut from the same cloth. She seems just as up her own arse as them to me.

I'm no therapist but even I can see there's a lot to unpick here.

On the one hand she has some weird Norma Bates situation going on, posting a photo like that of her own son (couldn't find one of him in a nice woolly jumper?). But as for the message, or list of grievances. Basically it boils down to 'we all find you quite annoying, as in really fucking annoying, but ain't you got a luvvly body, son?xxx'
