Jamie asked Sam what she got paid from Urban Decay and Sam as a friend told her, but that broke her NDA and Jamie went to Urban Decay and demanded the same pay, which put Sam in hot water. Really shitty but mostly from the companies side. However I totally get why Sam wouldn't trust Jamie after that.

I think folks main issue with Jack is that he’s a walking cringe fest. He actually thinks he’s something when in fact he’s just hanging off the coattails of his wife. I have no issue if he wants to work for Jamie and help her out but he’s really trying to make himself an influencer when he actually just comes across as a bit of a fanny.

The brand trips have always got on my tits, more so in the current climate. Here's a video of a luxury resort, blue sea and white sand, luxury suite, cocktail parties and a new lip liner in five shades. I mean, really WTF? I've never bought anything I've seen because I saw it on one of these brand trips, watching Jamie Genevieve prancing around in a fancy hotel is not going to make me buy said lip liner. It's just a fucking jolly, isn't it? Bloody show offs. She shouldn't alienate her target audience and fanbase, the gas bills on a house the size of hers are going to be a bastard this winter.

I unfollowed her on everything 5 months ago. Popped back for a wee nosey yesterday & was shocked how little YouTube content she has posted in that time. Clear evidence of her lack of interest in that these days. Came to see what you lot were saying now this!

I find Jamie & Jack’s relationship so unusual. And I’m not saying we know everything about them, cause we definitely only get a partial view through a camera lens.
There’s often so many posts on Tattle calling Jack lazy and cringe, as he’s not had a ‘real’ job in years and always seems to just piggy back on whatever money Jamie’s making (editing videos, taking photos for Vieve). Apart from walking the dogs, it doesn’t seem like Jack does a lot for someone who’s basically unemployed. I just feel like their home could be much more completed than it is currently if he seemed to take interest… Jamie always talks about Jack as if he’s some sort of God send but to me he just seems like your average lazy husband but doesn’t actually work a full time job like most

I think it’s the fact that these people are in a blessed position to be getting so much stuff for free that the least they could do is let their followers know that the stuff they’re shilling and making money from (AFF links etc) wasn’t even paid for.. just about being open and transparent with the followers that got them where they are, that’s all

It’s lovely news for them but sending it out in an email for Vieve makeup is a bit much.
Perhaps just me but as someone struggling, I took myself out of social media because baby content was bad for me. Didn’t expect to get it right into my mailbox.

So glad to read it's not just me who finds Jack irritating.

I remember Jamie saying in one of her blogs that she had always wanted to marry Jack, but she didn't think he'd ever ask her. It seems he's always been considered the 'prize' in the relationship, and I think that's how she still sees it.

He soon proposed when he got a taste of the life he could have on the back of her success, (cough *pimp)

I remember when they were being photographed at one of her award events, he had his shirt opened to the crotch and his rosary beads swaying across his bare chest, waving to the crowd like he was some sort of rock star! It became really clear then what he was about!

Okay update on the pop up shop, there was a constant line of about 80-100 people today, the shop was small but set up beautifully the only thing I’d say is I didn’t know how to swatch or test things like I didn’t know if I was allowed to pick stuff up and try it because some had wrappers on but apparently you just had to ask staff for what you wanted. Only about 15 people allowed in at a time and Jamie was spending about 5/10 minutes talking to each person who came in. I honestly cannot fault it. She was so professional and was a joy to speak to, and they’ve already sold out of Malbec blush so think they are waiting to get more stock in so it’s doing amazingly! Good for her!

As someone else has just pointed out, she hasnt shown any empathy towards anyone else since last March. Even the beauty industry that she used to be part of. Imagine if YouTube never took off for her. If she was still working on a makeup counter, she would be furloughed or out of work right now.

I always CRINGE when influencers say “wish I could tell you guys what I’m working on..” and then saying it’s a secret Honestly just don’t say anything at all. Nobody would know the difference. Like the whole house move is shroud in secrecy. She’s no moving into Buckingham palace. I don’t actually even know why she thinks anyone actually cares? Huge Hollywood A-listers have moved house without telling anyone and no one was arsed.
