The documentary was created to show them positively. If you’re believing they’re actually ok and that it’s all been spun by the press then you’ve been well and truly sucked in which is exactly what they want. They have an ulterior motive to this whatever it is. Don’t believe all you see. They show you what they want you to believe. PR is veeeery manipulative people. Dont forget that. And the beckhams have the best of the best plus the experience to know how to play it. They’re both as bad as each other. He gained more confidence with her to end up being probably more manipulative than her. Remember his leaked emails? That was utterly telling. His kids are insufferable but cant be blamed to a point as that’s their upbringing however, they could have done something more with their vacuous lives but no, I guess it’s easier to not have to put your mind to anything. The beckhams always had a choice to show their kids or not and they chose to exploit them. Think of Michael Douglas and CZJ kids. Went to uni and you barely see them. So there is a choice.

Me ex-oh was controlling. I put up with crap rather than upset things and destroy our perfect family. And everyone thought we were the ideal family. Always well dressed, lovely house, never argued. As long as he was happy.
I didn’t have an eating disorder, but if my size 10/12 clothes got tight he called me a fat cow. I made amazing meals but hardly ate them.
My daughter adored her Dad..or so I thought.
My son was a quiet introverted child.
Then I plucked up the courage to get rid of him, one bit on the side too many.
It was only then I realised my children were being perfectly behaved just to keep Daddy happy.
Once he was gone they blossomed! Developed opinions, personalities, had ambitions of their own.

That’s why I am sympathetic to Victoria.

Just finished this documentary and what was meant to be a nice ending showing him training his son just cemented the fact he’s an egotistical arsehole. What a narcissist making it all about him and reminding him how he was better than he will ever be under the guise of banter. I guess he learned it from his arsehole father.

I’m probably going to sound awful for saying this but I think David is massive domestic abuser. Not physically but definitely emotionally. He’s more loving and affectionate to his daughter (creepily so I think) and Victoria clings to him like a limpet while he just looks disgusted by her. I wish she’d leave him but she never will. He doesn’t love her at all

Her fashion is constantly failing. Her husband looks at her with contempt, the effort she puts in to keep the family tight as a group must be overwhelmingly huge and not appreciated - whole Nicola issue.

They are loaded, why not just give the whole brand a rest? They aren’t respected or emulated. Enjoy your wealth and relax a bit Vicky. Cut that twat loose and find a man who will make you smile.

Rebecca wasn't the married one, she was single. Although sleeping with a married man is never the correct moral behaviour, it was Davey boy who was the married one and should have had respect for his wife to kept it in his trousers.
From what I remember Rebecca sold her story as she was getting vilified by the Beckham PR spin in the press.
Also it's always puzzled me how he came out of it better than her and she's been labelled for life as a money grabbing, home wrecking tart. I don't blame her to responding to something that the Beckham's felt ok to allude to in (but not address fully) in the vanity project .... Sorry documentary.
