Because she don't buy duck all for them kids ever! The baby gets more than any of the others ever do. How many hauls have we seen over the last couple of years and the ONLY time she's Brought anything for the eldest 3 is when it's an occasion, so as a gift, or feels she has too because it's a need because they've 'ruined' stuff. Exactly fanny doesn’t work so she could have a break and go out with her friends or family if she had any, but she doesn’t, she could go out on her own for a few hours but she won’t she needs fanny holding her hand all the time.
