I am getting so many spam emails each day from this flog. Unfortunately reporting them as junk/scammer/pornography doesn’t have any effect on reducing the number of emails

The only ‘evidence’ that up front payment is better than weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments for health behaviour change and maintenance is among people who can afford to pay upfront.
I think this is also how Sophie keeps her demographic to people who can afford to eat ‘healthily’ in her view. She’s banged on about how expensive health food is at Coles more times than I can count.
I bet she has the mentality of ‘if you can’t afford my program up front then you can’t afford the mools in your plan. I can make a basic budget one but you won’t see the results and that’s all your fault even though I’ve made your mool plan uniquely customised to you!’

From what Loaf has previously said, the girls are at their local public school in NSW but Ryder’s private school is in QLD.
Must be nice to not need to work out for over month. Really motivational for other women busting ass
