I don’t really understand how. When I was involuntarily sectioned, they took EVERYTHING off me including the bobble in my hair. I’ve never heard of a hospital that lets you vape inside either.

I’m not questioning whether he has or hasn’t been sectioned but I don’t really understand how he’s doing all this in a hospital setting.
