Breakfast: I am quite into smoothies right now.
I made one with 1 banana, coffee, 1 tbsp peanut butter, some oats, Greek yogurt, and milk. So good.
Lunch: Foccacia with some Genoa Salami.
Dinner: I made pasta with white onion, garlic, olives, artichokes, tomatoes, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and a splash of white wine. Basically sautee the onion and garlic, throw in the olives, artichokes, tomatoes, and white wine. Season then cover and simmer on low so it all breaks down. Add the basil at the end, top the pasta with it, and some parmesan cheese and black pepper.
Snacks: Handful of trail mix, some chocolate, and an espresso wafer.
