Anyone else find it fascinating what others eat? My diet is all over the place at the moment
Bag of pistachios.
Sunflower seed rye bread with butter and marmite.
Tin of pineapple.
Sweet potato and baked beans.
3 kiwi fruit.
Tonic water (no gin yet, I'm waiting until 6pm)
BLT on white bread and a glass of semi skimmed milk
Homemade tomato soup
2 Freddos
Can of full fat coke
And that is it...unless stealing an animal biscuit off my child counts
Porridge
Almond latte
Chicken sandwich, hula hoops and yogurt
Coffee
Peppermint tea
Slice of banana loaf
some days it’s all over the place and picking at snacks non stop others it resembles meals.
Still haven’t had a takeaway since the week before lockdown and am craving it but trying to be good.
Natural yogurt with strawberries, raspberries, chopped hazelnuts and dark chocolate pieces
Protein shake
2 x cracker bread with ham and a laughing cow triangle
French fries crisps
Satsuma
Cheese and broccoli pasta with mushrooms
Pretty much everything I can get my hands on today!

Penguin bar, twix top bar
Chicken salad wrap, sweet potato fries, broccoli and cauliflower
Mint nuguet bar, bunny rabbit crisps, bubblegum fizzy bottles, left over Easter egg hunt eggs.
6 cups of tea and 2 litres of water
Weetabix
Chicken and pasta salad
Steak and chips, salad
2 brownies and a scone these have now gone so tomorrow will be better!
I did do a fasted workout on the bike and ring fit first thing so maybe that will balance things out
A wrap with scrambled egg, hash brown and a dairy lea slice on.
Half a bar of bournville orange choc (family size )
Fish fingers, chips and peas smothered in tomato sauce.
A can of cherry coke and about 6 cups of tea.
Anyone else drinking endless brews?
And I think I can see the Bargain Easter egg I couldn’t leave in the shop looking at me desperately needing to be eaten!
