What are her qualifications for these retreats? I would not be telling this charlatan anything personal or emotive and if I'd been stupid enough to pay for this trip I'd be livid that she was online discussing it. I am a qualified albeit non practicing at the moment dietician And I can categorically say that wellness and diet go hand in hand. Is nutrition discussed? I am fed up of fat bloggers completely disregarding the connection. The gut cannot be ignored when you discuss wellness. How can you be truly happy humphing around over 5 extra stones of weight that your musculoskeletal system is not designed to carry? I am not a fat shamer but wellness is intrinsically linked to your body's treatment. You do not get that large without abusing your gut, that is a fact.

I'd go so far as to say 10 extra stones tbh....

Her post yesterday was odd .....reasons to get of the house ? Err you have 2 dogs that need walking twice a day ...there's a reason or 2 right there.

The problem is when it’s your sole income you have to take what’s given a lot of the time and with that comes having to sell and white lies slip out. It puts pressure on you, so you end up positing suite just to get some engagement.

The influencer market is so ridiculously saturated there’s very few actually making proper money now, especially when if you’re remotely dishonest there’s thousnads

I called her out a few months ago because she promoting an online bingo site and I messaged her saying I didn’t think it was ethical that she was promoting gambling. She sent me an arsey reply saying that she wasn’t promoting it (despite it being marked as an ad) and that I was shortsighted if I believed everyone was promoting something online (which is what she does on a daily basis)
Basically she’s full of shit and doesn’t like people calling her up on it and just labels them as bullies
