Took toddler out on her skates, was going to take her out on her scooter but it’s freezing so we are watching Disney + and playing with her new Duplo.
Going to do tapas and paella for dinner tonight washed down with sangria! Normally go to family but it’s nice just being at home.

Usually my sister and I head into Glasgow for breakfast and some shopping. This year I’m just having a lazy day indoors as we have also moved into tier 4 in mainland Scotland. A day of snacking, watching films and reading books. Going to set my new filter coffee machine up and relax. Then we’ve got leftovers for our meal tonight. Christmas dinner twice, wahey!

Being in tier 4 means all my Boxing Day plans are effectively cancelled. What do you all usually do on Boxing Day?

I'm in tier 4 in London. All on my lonesome. It's not so bad. I went for a nice walk along the canal earlier and just plan on watching trash on Netflix this evening and hoovering up leftovers from Christmas dinner.

We always have a quiet day to relax after Christmas, unless I'm working christmas day in which case we go and see my friends. No shopping as we've spent enough time in shops before Christmas, and it means we can tidy away all the toys etc.

I normally work Boxing Day. Boxing day is usually a very busy day at work. It's very strange not to be working but not complaining. I've been watching some movies. I had cold meats mash and pickles for dinner. Plan to play taboo later and open the prosecco.

We normally have a Christmas Day part 2 with my dads side of the family with drinks, games and food but obviously won’t be this year as we are in tier 4 too! But I think we’ll be having a chilled day in pjs, eating leftovers and chocolate and watching films! Hope you all have a lovely day whatever you’re doing!!

Eat, Drink and be lazy!
I had a bath with all my Christmas smelly sets, put a face mask on, new pjs, had a cosy day on the couch while my daughter played with her new toys, leftovers for dinner, now having a few Gin’s and starting on the chocolate pile 😋
I do plan on going for a run tomorrow to break in the trainers my other half got me to try and burn some of the choc off 🤣

Usually eating far too much food and watching films and tv shows on the sofa under a blanket.
Absolutely the same situation for us this year!

We used to always go to McDonald's on boxing day , but everyone else seemed to have the same idea and it was so busy so we don't do that now.
Years ago we would go for a walk at the beach because we lived in walking distance.

We usually just stay at home and eat now .

New tier 4 here too , from today. No visitors , just eating leftovers and having a tidy up. We will watch a film later together. It’s not too bad today but we are going to struggle with things to do over the next week or so.

New tier four here today! Normally I'd be with family for Christmas round two or chilling at home eating all my Christmas chocolates! I'm working today, it's felt a bit flat to be honest. I normally don't mind too much working over Christmas but you can tell bu the atmosphere that its different this year. I'm off again Monday so I'm redoing my boxing day (it's one of my favourite days over the three days!).
