I think it’ll be obvious my period came with a raging vengeance yesterday

B - greggs sausage roll
L - pizza wrap
D - frankie & bennys mozzarella sticks, chicken parm & two Long Island ice teas
S - crisps, skinny whip

Breakfast - Just a coffee
Dinner - Miller and Carter so cheesy mushrooms followed by steak and greens
Tea - Off to see Peter Kay tonight so after my meal it will just be cocktails at a bar until doors open!
Snacks - More cocktails
Exercise - Just a walk around town before dinner

Yesterday
Lunch - cheese, cucumber and tomato sandwich with a bag of ready salted crisps.
Dinner - chicken pilau rice with raita.
Snacks - two chocolate biscuits.
Drinks - water throughout the day.

breakfast: a scrambled egg, a slice of chicken breast & a slice of truffle cheese
lunch: i knew i would be out so i made a sandwich with the chicken breast, truffle cheese & lettuce
dinner: broccoli, chickpea & tofu curry with wild rice on the side
snacks: 1 clementine & 1 pear, might also have an orange later
drinks: coffee in the morning & water throughout the day

L English muffin toasted with butter and cheese
Diet Coke a plenty
D roast chicken , homemade fries .

Brekkie: Greek yogurt honey and strawberries with a cappuccino
Lunch: tuna Mayo salad wrap and a packet of prawn cocktail
Tea: scouse crusty bread and red cabbage
Drinks: water and a cup of tea
Snacks: banana and a chocolate protein pudding
Exercise: 4mile pram walk

Lunch: mini waffles and chicken with Nando’s sauce
Dinner: roast chicken, broccoli, peas, carrots, mashed and roast potatoes, stuffing, Yorkshire pudding and gravy
Drinks: water and chai tea
Exercise: 20 min walk

Lunch: mini waffles, chicken and Nando’s sauce
Dinner: peri peri chicken, corn, spicy rice & chips with Nando’s sauce (Nando’s fakeaway)
Snacks: muller dessert yoghurt and babybel
Drinks: water and passionfruit green tea
Exercise: 1 hour walk

Lunch: bacon and egg barm
Tea: chicken roast with carrots broccoli roasties Yorkshire’s mash and gravy. Sticky toffee pudding
Drinks: cappucino, water and tea
Exercise: 4.5 mile walk

lunch: leftover curry from yesterday with rice
dinner: went out for dinner, had foie gras, gnocchi with dried meat & dried figs, almond brittle semifreddo with caramel sauce
snacks: a clementine & 1 chocolate cookie
drinks: coffee, water, a glass of white wine

L - 1/2 protein yoghurt skinny whip cheese string
D - roast chicken dinner

l - chicken noodle soup . saltines.
water .
d -french onion baked pork chops. steamed rice. brocc w/ cheddar. made roast potatoes for the boy child ( hates rice). small salad ( kids dont like brocc)

Oh this is amazing for accountability!

Yesterday- terrible but was camping and hiking.
breakfast- A bacon and egg roll cooked on the campfire
lunch- A peach on the 15km hike we did, and a small Daim chocolate bar
dinner- when we finally got home, heaps and heaps of pizza, a gin and tonic with a local chamomile gin, and some terry's chocolate orange.

I feel fine about that days eating when you factor in a 15km hike in extreme heat.

Today back at work and back on track, nothing yet. Will probably have a coffee and some muesli with peaches later, I'm working from home today.

lunch: the last of the curry leftovers with rice
dinner: kimchi gyoza from the freezer with a cabbage & rice dish
snack: pomegranate (if i get enough strength to peel it any tips for that?)
drinks: just coffee & water today!

L - avocado toast with quorn chicken pieces
D - probably going to make macaroni & cheese
S - chocolate rice krispie bun

drinks: 2 diet cokes, 2 black tea
exercise: yoga class this evening

Dinner - tikka masala with rice and salad.
Snacks - green apple and orange.
Drinks - water and a can of coca cola.
