Proper post later but couldn’t wait with important news that I have found a drumstick choc bar ! I also bought Tayto crisps...which are much raved about crisps from Ireland. I have never even seen them before today so I’m very happy to have bought a multi pack 😊. As you were.

update... I leave work soon and there is a torrential downpour, I came to work in a black denim jacket thinking it wouldn't rain would which was a bloody thick decision. Going to be walking home like I have climbed out of a lake....

I never tried Prawn cocktail wotsits. Anyway Home Bargains and poundland sell the Prawn cocktail Quavers. I found the supermarkets have the Salt& Vinegar but not Prawn cocktail

As predicted this morning I've spent today shopping (food shop, everything i need for the big redecorate day tomorrow, and wellies as my oldest has a forest school day every Fri and i only found out Tues)

Have made a pork roast for tea, just waiting for the Yorkshire puddings

Going to chill with the kids for a bit, then treat myself to a nice pamper bath and an early night to binge watch riverdale in peace (its my guilty pleasure lol)

I got up and grabbed a banana for breakfast along with a cold latte.
I requested a med review as my prescription has run out.
Then I had a telephone appointment that lasted an hour.
I changed my bed as I got new FLEECE bedding
Put some washing on
Wrote a blog
Washed up
Cleaned the worktops, hob, skirting boards, toilet, bathroom floor, kitchen floor, radiators and light switches.
Took loads of rubbish to the bin store as I had a declutter also.
folded clean washing and need to put it away still.

I need to dust and tidy up my make up area and see if my hoover wants to work Productive day! I’m currently taking a break watching YouTube.

Didn’t manage to get out of bed til 0720 this morning. Still not bad but don’t want it to get any later than that, otherwise we end up rushing and I am NOT prepared for the day.

Warmed up some mini banana pancakes for our breakfast. Had them with melted Nutella and banana slices. Did the school run, came home and cleaned the bathroom and downstairs toilet.

Made a coffee ready for working. Logged on and the day didn’t get off to the best start, I moaned about it on the pissed you off thread. After that, I got a call from my line manager telling me my remaining leave hours were way over and I needed to take some time off before the end of March. Honestly, you can’t make it up. I said I don’t have time to take time off! We’ve managed to sort a lot of them a different way and I can carry some over. I also have a day booked off during half term so it’s worked out okay. Give me bloody strength though

The rest of the day wasn’t too bad, busy but I like it that way. I was listening to some music too which always puts me in a better mood. I had a melted cheese and ham toastie with mustard for dinner. Was seriously good.

After I finished work I just had time to wash the pots and then went to do the wet and windy school run. I nearly always walk as hate driving to school. It’s always rammed, especially in this weather.

Once we got back we got the boy’s kindle out that he got for Christmas and started reading a new book. I wanted to get into the habit of reading with him again each day. The last thing we wanted to do after home schooling was reading, so it’s nice to do that again.

I’ve just put the oven on for tea. Gonna bang a couple of those low calories M&S pizzas in and I CBA with anything else.

Tonight is TV catch up and early night I think. Oh and I need to do a meal plan and the food order for collection on Friday. I’m getting really bored of cooking the same old stuff though, so might need a browse on here for some new ideas.

Woke up at 6am, yawnnnnn. Don't know how I used to go into the office 4 times a week, I'm absolutely shattered after doing it once.
Got to the office about 7:30am, it was so weirdly quiet.
Posted earlier about the breakfast saga. I was asked if I wanted to be added to 'the breakfast list' lmao. I said no.
One of my friends ended up being in so it was nice to see him and be able to chat. He is weirdly flirty though whenever he speaks to me hahaha but I enjoyed catching up across the room nonetheless.
Got all my work done by about 1pm then had a very slow afternoon. Sat and read some tattle and listened to a podcast.
Left the office around 4pm, the weather is so miserable.
I'm tired after a day of actually speaking to people and also wearing jeans. I was straight into my pjs when I got home haha.
It'll be another quiet evening in front of the TV for me and defo an early night tonight.

Hi guys! Feeling a lot better today. Mood wise anyway. Physically I feel tit haha always something isn't there i sound like MD. Thanks for all your messages though, you all made me feel better 🤍

Not much to report on, boring day again really. Not been out the weather has been crap! Can't wait for the summer

The baby woke up at 5.25 he hasn't done that for a while so I was fuming

Had a dull ache in the right side of my stomach all day that really hurts. Think it's *that* time because I've been a stroppy little witch today. And I'm a bit hormonal but im like that anyway

Had a zoom meeting with work at 11. I was meant to have it last Thursday but they cancelled. So I was nervous cos obv ive been off the last year. I was waiting in for the oven man on Monday and he just didn't show up. So my fella texts me at 10.40 saying 'oven man will be round in 20 mins' I was FUMING! I pulled a massive strop, proper moaned at my fella all like 'wtf, I've got work at 11. Whys he coming round? Who says they'll go round to someone's house 20 mins before. He can duck off. I'm not answering the door.' And my fella was like 'we need the oven fixing' and I was like 'not arsed' to be fair, I did have a zoom meeting!!

So the oven guy knocks at about 10.55 and im sat on the floor hiding behind the couch with the baby on my leg, shutting him up with in the night garden playing on YouTube. This oven bloke started pure hammering on me windows. Cheeky sod. Im obviously not answering i could see him through the blinds getting his phone out and ringing someone. Obv my fella he eventually left luckily before my zoom meeting

Then I had my zoom meeting - what a load of rit. They've put me on furlough!!! I was only going back part time to wfh for a couple hours 4 days a week. I was looking forward to doing something not Mumsy but hey ho

Was dreading my fella coming back cos I thought he'd have a go at me. He rang me and could hear someone go 'hiyaaaa watermelllluuuun' his bloody Mum. He keeps going to hers even though she's NOT in our bubble and it winds me up!! I cant stand speaking to him when he's there cos she starts going 'yabba yabba' the babies not even awake love im 25 piss off

He gets home anyway and calls me a gobshite for not answering the door. Ask me if im arsed mate

He then goes 'my Mum said she's coming round on Mothers day' IS she!??? Last time I checked she's not our bubble. And it's MY mother's day too? Like I know she's his Mum but my Mums not gonna see me or her grandson so why should she? As if I wanna spend my first proper Mothers Day (last year we moved into our new house so didn't really do anything) listening to her yabba yabba yabbering everywhere.

I'd rather stick pins in my eyes tbh

What a gobshite. Having chilli for tea though. Thats a plus woohoo x

I made my Thai green curry - I can’t plate up to save my life but it was delicious, just what I needed. First thing I’ve had all day. Going to eat some chocolate and head up to bed to finish my film what I fell asleep watching earlier! x

Once the kids were at school I sorted the dogs and horses and got soaked
Then had a shower, hoovered and sat on the sofa most the day in a mood because I'm on a diet and it makes me miserable!!!!
Got myself sorted for kids coming home then hoovered the whole house, put a wash on. Had a jacket potato and salad for tea. I could demolish a curry/Chinese/ chippy tea/ all the cake and wine HANGRY.

Anyho my day hasn't been anything thrilling, woke up at about 7am and decided to get up as I had a few errands to run. made a cuppa and checked tattle, got showered and dressed then took my mum shopping and popped to Home Bargains as I wanted some softner (well that was my excuse) I spotted the drumstick chocolate bar but decided not to buy one as I have a basket full of chocolate (yes I have a basket just for my chocolate/sweets) then I saw the space raiders and after the discussion on here I just had to buy some then I treated myself to a cheeky Mc Donalds for lunch, came home sorted out the washing, chilled for a while then put the chicken in for dinner.

Woke at 7 and read in bed till 7:30. Got son up and made toast and marmalade for breakfast. Got washed and dressed and out the door 8:40 for school run. Filled the car up with petrol and grabbed a coffee on way back home. I had today off work so I chilled out and watched some telly (sugar rush on Netflix) after a hectic few work weeks it was nice to have nothing planned. Went to greggs for lunch and to Costco to grab cat pouches and cereal. School run again 3:30 then home and we had a dance around to the radio for half an hour before I made stir fry for dinner. Spellings and reading before bed with son. He’s now settled so I’m catching up here and want to watch last nights celeb bake off with a cuppa and an orange twirl. Feel a bit headachey and drained so maybe an early night too.
