It’s been 2 weeks today since I birthed my premature son and he passed away 3 hours later. I haven’t got the energy to even talk to anyone I just want to lay in bed and rot. I have a teenager son that I sent to his dad’s Sunday because I couldn’t cope with his behaviour towards me. I feel terribly guilty and he isn’t talking to me. My washing machine broke today and flooded the kitchen. So I had to force myself to get up and help my partner deal with that. I can’t sleep. Evenings are worse for me. I can’t be bothered with life really. I have had several thoughts about taking all my tablets or just getting in my campervan and driving away and seeing what happens, but my mot runs out this month so I can’t do that either x
I’m so sorry to hear this, please grieve but don’t give up hope. You will eventually feel better

My first World problem of the day.

The average height for women in the UK is 5'4. So why do all the nice longer dresses appearing in the shops appear to be made for super tall people?

Then when you look at shorter options, they're so short everyone can see what you had for breakfast. I'm firm believer that dresses should cover your flaps.

I'm not sure how only one buys jeans now. I'm slightly taller than average but have to buy short and they still bunch up as they're too long. Are they designed for giraffes?

I'll add to your rant with sizing in general in womens clothing. I think I have every size going in my wardrobe. Gone are the days of being able to pick your size off the rack knowing it would fit and you could wear it that night.

Omg this. Cropped skinny are the only jeans that fit me that aren't massive down the leg . Why do they think large people are also tall

I'm 5'10" and I bought a maxi dress recently and when I tried it on I did wonder who the duck they had made it for because it was too long on me.
I usually have an issue with tops being way too short. My height is obviously in my torso and so many just about cover my boobs! Ladies clothing is a blooding nightmare.

Thought I’d find out the results of my gynae oncology review this week but just found out I have to wait until next Thursday as they didn’t input it all in time for the MDT meeting tomorrow.

I‘m 5 foot nothing. I find it increasingly hard to get clothes, if there is no petite option for us short people, it is ridiculously long. Doesn’t matter if it jeans or shirts, they are always cut so long that I’m not sure I even know people who could wear it.
I’ve ranted on Tattle about clothes a lot but it is such a minefield and only seems to get worse. Where are non-plastic clothes that don’t show my bits?

My b old dog pulled me over today while walking on the beach on his retractable lead. One moment I was walking, the next I was face down on the floor and nearly cracked my chin open on a rock. He then realised I'd let go of his lead and was gone, I swear to God he was looking back and laughing. He's got chronic arthritis and his heart valves are failing but today, he was living his best life :ROFLMAO:

at 4 foot 10, even petite trousers are too long for me and need a good 5 inches taking off them which is annoying in itself, but what is worse is when they put the petite clothes high up! Especially shops which do this and have no one to ask for help so you end up leaving and order online - and then they eventually stop stocking it in store "because there's no demand."

YES THERE IS WE JUST CAN'T BLOOD REACH!!!

Bring back lockdown, when it was nice and quiet out.
I miss it too. I could walk my dog in peace without a million other dogs off leads bounding up to her. I could get my shopping done easy and quick . It didn't bother me whatsoever,I am aware that I may be in the minority here.

I was clearing out my photos and had video of a duck and ducklings walking down a main road during lockdown. It was a beautiful thing.
I also really miss bits of lockdown (obvs not the people dying bit). The world just felt calmer and I enjoyed having to stay home and just be

Lock down was legit my favourite every fucker left you alone and being home was great well after my non essential job that apparently was essential but didn't count as essential

More of a moan than a rant
My child is s difficult right now, so moody and so clingy, I'm currently in the bath for some respite. I'm really trying with my mental health but it's so hard to stay positive when she's being a mood hoover 😅

Also, I've had all my calories for today but I would love to eat a huge mountain of chocolate rn 😩

I could do lockdown now I wouldn't have a baby and a toddler in a tiny house.
It was hideous. Absolutely hideous. I genuinely went crazy.

About lockdown... I remember the really hot summer of June 2020 when we were all trapped in our hot UK houses with no air conditioning 😩 You couldn't go to a cafe and eat an ice cream sundae in the cool, the only place was the garden, that was also too hot, at that point they were only just starting to relax lockdown measures and had sent Year 6 and Reception back to school which most people disagreed with as it made no sense. I remember eating lasagna at 9pm in my underwear as it was too hot to eat before then 🤣
