If old women with the same hairdo as the queen are still wearing the same style now, then will women who were born in the 1970s and 1980s be wearing their hair bowl cut/feathered/long bubble perm 40+ years from now?

I was born in the 60s and my current style isn’t far off what it was when I was a teenager, although there have been lots of styles in between. It’s a shoulder-length bob but with more of a layered fringe than a massive flick, held in place with loads of Harmony hairspray! I think your hair type sort of restricts what style you revert towards.

It’s weird to see old ladies with the curly perms, not that much older than me, say 10 - 20 years, but they feel like a much older generation.
