When I was younger pocket dragons and beanie babies now I dont see the point in collections I would rather do something than buy something to keep.

Irregular choice shoes!!
Ahhh I went through this stage a few years back. What's your fav pair?
I was obsessed with going into the IC store in Camden Town until they closed it down.
Sold most of them, they hurt like hell.

Blu-rays... I like movies.

Also books. I haven’t finished a book since January but I keep buying more despite my full bookshelf.

I collect seals..like the animal 😂 not as in I actively seek them out but if I see a ceramic seal/teddy/magnet/keyring etc I buy it. Also clothes and books - I draw the line at pictures/posters. I've got about 40 ceramic seals just dotted about, they mainly live on the bookshelf/windowsills. Who'd have thought there was such a production of ceramic seals 🤷

DVD'S, rows of dvd's all over the place, no blu-ray, I'm still behind the times a tad, Boxsets of old TV shows, complete star trek TOS, TNG, DS9, my Farscape collection, Stargate SG1 AND Atlantis, Dr Who, Monty Python, Lost in Space, Mission Impossible TV series, the list is long.

However, I've spent many years making copies of the dvd's onto external hard-drives and recoding them so I can watch them on my Kindle.

I went though a stage of collecting tsum tsum charms.
duck knows why, genuinely think it was some kind of episode I was experiencing.

There was this machine that you feed your money into.... and you got a charm 😰
I became unhealthily obsessed with collecting all the charms.
😰😰

I want to say I was a kid to justify the lack of sanity,
But it was 2/3 years ago and I *used* a kid as an excuse to get the bleeping charms.

no idea what it was about, how much I spent on the little people or where 80% of them are now.

edit. These little people.
yes I got the full collection on both phase 1 and phase 2 😂
And about 8 spare of each. 😂

Fridge magnets. I get one every time I go somewhere and I know they are tacky AF but honestly bring me so much joy when I see them in the kitchen and it reminds me of all my holidays/trips - especially at the mo.

I’m not a big spender on “things” definitely would rather spend my money on travel - hence why my collection is much less glamorous than some of yours! Lol 😂

Lbs of large on my a and hips... 🤣🤣😭😭 Back at work on the 1st and had to buy new trousers the next size up 🙈🙈🙈

In all seriousness, Beatrix Potter nick-naks, including the 50ps, Peter Rabbit stamps and some ceramic collectables too. Not enough to take over the house but just a few bits and bobs. My daughter also has several of the Gund Beatrix Potter plush toys too - she suggested passing them on to a cousin a while back, I refused to let her 🤭

Oh and as above- fridge magnets of places we've visited. I knocked off our Gibraltar one last week and it broke - devastated, obviously need to plan a new trip once lockdown is over now 🤣
