For me it has to be said I'm the master of making plans and setting goals then achieving none of them!
The only 2 things I'd like to do this year are to live a more minimal life and cut down what I spend/purchase.
I want to stop focusing on stuff and start living more in the moment and appreciate time/experiences instead.
What's your goals/plans for 2021?

To ditch the deadwood from my life. You know... the people who send you a Christmas card but only because you sent them one first.... pisstakers...... also to be more direct with people and stopping being polite to rude people. I feel a rebirth is going to happen!!

I have quite a few financial goals this year. They're easy wins such as save X amount, earn X amount extra, put X into pension.

Personal goals -

1) Read 12 books. I wanted to read 26 this year but sadly only managed 14.

2) Positive mindset - "I get to" is something I saw online and I quite like. It helps you think of the positives in life. I get to have a warm home, I get to have food in my fridge, I get to show how good I am leading a project etc etc.

3) Maintain exercise/swimming 3 times a week minimum (this will be easier when Tier 4 ends! lol)

Eat healthier, less sugar.

Pass my 2nd year of uni.
Up my level in Japanese.
Keep a positive mindset.

the main goal is to stop smoking!!
other than that, i want to decide what to do career-wise, i've been completely destroyed on that plan this year 😂
i also want to get more into healthy eating, exercising and healthy living in general - not just to lose a bit of weight but to feel better
ideally i'd like to limit the use of my phone and laptop and live more in the moment
and keep my cat happy and satisfied :3

- do the splits (random I know but I've been learning to dance and I'm close)

- give up fizzy drinks again

- eat more. Got into a bad habit of only eating 1 meal a day and snacks. Need to get back to eating properly.

- look after my mental health a bit more. Sometimes I let myself suffer or do things that are bad for me but I think "oh I'll just suck it up". I don't want to do that anymore.

- put more distance and boundaries between me and some of the people in my life. I've made some really positive steps but I'm hoping I can disengage a bit more and focus more on me.

Exercise especially yoga i have a few boderline serious health problems heart defect/boderline diabetic/terrible period pains and i find they are all having an impact on my mental health.
Basically i don't want to die early but i want to live not just survive.

Meditate access some internal space/peace

Start to find some pleasure in life again last year was so traumatic thats it made me realise just what i've been missing out on and how precious life is

This is the biggest one for me though and its to start being less needy.
I have been quite often very harsh on myself and also looking to others for validation and support and its left me really out of sorts and drained...
Its a bit chrushing to feel raw and yet you can almost feel people rolling their eyes again like oh no not her again...
I've got this really unhealthy thing though of seeing others through rose tinted spectacles and then feeling small and insignificant about myself.
So my number one goal is to listen/be kinder to myself?
