Oh I love a good chat about weights! I started at group PT last year and it’s become my favourite thing. Same as you I’ve always done yoga, Pilates, barre etc. and thought I was pretty strong. Spoiler alert, I was not

I mean I’m not exactly Wonder Woman now but being able to lift heavy and feel strong is so empowering.
I’m afraid I can’t help on the YT front, but if you can afford it try to get at least a few sessions in with a PT, because there is so much to learn starting out and if you can nail your form early on it’ll be a huge help. I wish you all the best - it’s addictive in the best way!
