Hi I had this I've lost 8 stone but I'm still losing weight and my BMI is now 23. I wanted the upper end of healthy BMI so I wouldn't have lots of skin. I can't eat enough to keep my weight up as I was never a grazer. It was huge portions like once a day. I take all the multi vitamins and I drink complan but half the time I feel a bit weak. I get hypoglycemia I'm not diabetic I actually fell down the stairs and whacked my head due to to it. It takes me longer to get over illnesses than it used too and my immune system is worse. I feel healthier in a lot of ways but worse in others . It's not a quick fix it changes your whole life and I'd advise people to fully research it properly.
