Wee Belfast Chick #2

In some of the pictures of Storie in Florida, she looked so tired and pale. She isn’t a small child but her wee arms looked thin. She looked like she’d lost weight and that would hardly be surprising.
When they are in the Olive Garden on the last day, she had her lovely pasta dish and she said, there’s Storie’s bread sticks 🙄. She served up a gravy chip on the night they come home. Surely she could have quickly cooked something health for her.
Isn’t it odd that at 14 months she had no teeth? She isn’t really making much attempt to walk on her own. Her wee kegs look like a much younger childs.
Her most basic needs don’t seem to be getting fulfilled - decent nourishment, quality time spent helping her to develop - instead of expensive handbags.
It’s hard to watch, at the moment. She keeps saying how much she’s changed in the last year but it’s not for the better!
She’s really just shown herself up over and over again this past year. She should’ve just packed in the content creating when she got pregnant, it’s genuinely just gone down hill from there - and it was never good in the first place.

Basic needs are the most important thing to a baby, not fkn handbags. A baby doesn’t know what’s going on other than ‘mummy isn’t giving me enough attention’

I feel like since Storie has turned 1 there has been a real standstill with her progress. She is 14 months now - the next 4 months are going to be crucial in terms of learning to walk, getting her first teeth and being able to say 2/3 words. They’ll have to consult a professional if she doesn’t achieve all 3 by 18 months.

She may have been walking by now if she didn’t spend her life being restrained to a buggy or walker, her legs aren’t strong enough to walk. She falls flat on her bum after a few steps and they were still forcing her to walk round Disney on the concrete for a video. The wee child’s legs were pure bent like she isn’t getting enough calcium

But awk sure at least hers has a charm bracelet from New York and Louis Vuitton bag for when hers turns 16 🤪🤪

She seems to genuinely think because she buys from m&s, she's super mum. I don't care what anyone says but they are ready meals, they are full of salt and lots of other crap even if it is superior m&s salt ffs! Does she know they sell fruit and veg too? Ready meals are not a suitable meal on a daily basis for adults so they definitely are not good for children. She needs one of those plates that's sectioned to show how much protein, carbs, veg is required for a balanced meal.
Just to add I eat lots of crap and don't feed my kids fully nutritious meals for every meal, they also eat crap too but I do at least try for most of the week.

I know babies cry a lot to express themselves but Storie is always crying or seems distressed or confused. It’s always “She’s nat in da mood” - babies will normally be happy and giggly when their basic needs are being met !!

She needs a lesson on child development and nutrition asap

does anyone else remember when lauryn got a blender and said she was gona steam and home cook all of stories meals lol that lasted didn't it? The way she feeds herself and her daughter is atrocious! 🙄

It wrecks me the way she insists she's an xs or fits into childrens sizes when she clearly isn't. I'm near sure I seen in one of her videos before her holiday she was shopping with one of her sisters and even the sister says.. "shop in the kids section to save money! 😉😉"

Hahaha yes didn’t last very long. Think she homemade like 2 meals max.

Shop in the children’s section to look like a fool more like. As I said before, just cause it covers your bits doesn’t mean it fits 🤣🤣

“save more money” like they aren’t shopping all day every day wasting money🤣🤣

Theres no excuse either she’s at home all day, shes just lazy, she’s plenty of time to do it, she could be spending her time doing that instead of filming crappy content for tik tok. I was a sahm and wasn’t the best cook in the world but I used to love prepping meals etc for my daughter, it actually probably taught me to cook better.

it’s really funny because I follow a YouTube family who were in Universal at the end of the week there - well the dad and son were. They’re American. Their footage was classy. Hers just looked cheap and nasty.
I would cry if I’d spent all that money and their experience was mine.
As far as the issues with Storie. There have been a few things I have noticed since she was small that are weird - one is the way she always used to her tongue out. It had stopped for a bit but I’ve noticed it again recently.
It is strange she has no teeth. I rarely see her give her any milk any more - but surely she must.
She isn’t walking. She just doesn’t seem to be able to stand up and the fact she hasn’t been allowed down, doesn’t help.
She doesn’t make a lot of distinguishable sounds. A lot of the gestures etc she makes are ones that younger babies already achieve.
when she showed her waking up on the basinet on the flight home, she really looked like a much younger baby.
Thinking about the basinet thing, surely Storie is way over the age where you would normally use one? Delta, who she said she was flying with, recommend booking a seat for the child and using an FAA approved child seat. Surely safety abd comfort woukd be the biggest priority?

She really should be saying at least 3 to 4 words trying to say Mama cat dada bye easy words that a lot of wee ones pick up ,my youngest son didn’t walk until 14 months and I was worried as my other weans walked at 12 months but they are all different as you as parents know but by God my wean wouldn’t be eating a curry or a gravy chip at that age that’s awful I can understand reaching her 1 chip but to have that as a meal It’s wrong

Bought the child 3 pairs of Converse for holiday and then kept her strapped into her buggy or a trolley for 99% of the trip. 🥴

I think it’s just laziness on Lauryns part she loves the idea of having a child but can’t be arsed with the actual parenting side of it. It’s an absolute sin as well as she’s holding the child back. You never see her taking her to softplay or anything where she can try and move about. She likes dressing her up and pushing her about in a pram and planning parties but anything outside of that she cba

Yeah you’d think she was younger than 14 months.
I never see Storie getting any milk and I know she’s past the age for formula now but never seen any especially when she was coming up to 12 months.

The bassinet thing was terrible, did they do that to save money or what? Sure she bought Storie an iPad “to keep er entertained on da plane” , can hardly use an iPad when you’re crammed into a bassinet (not that a 1 year old can use an iPad anyway)

Yeah she doesn’t seem close to saying any words. Doubt Lauryn has sat down with her and tried with her speech. Or reads her any wee books or anything age-appropriate. She only tried with the walking cause she wanted Storie to be ‘walkin round new yorkkk’ - she never gave a rit before then, the wein could hardly crawl as she wasn’t given the opportunity to learn how to use her own legs as she’s strapped into something constantly so mummy can focus on tiktok

Honestly with social media and influencers, there’s a new generation of child neglect/exploitation and people won’t realise until these children are older how much it may negatively impact them. Scary times we live in where people prioritise making money over their children’s wellbeing and safety
