I know she got that house pretty quick and there's loads of people who should have got it before her but I really don't think her mummy is that influential in the housing executive to just get her daughter up the list. Would you not need to be quite high up the the housing executive to have that sort of power? I don't get that impression that her mummy has that great of a job. Do they not live in turf Lodge? Nothing wrong with living there obviously but don't think it's somewhere I'd wanna live if I had some sway in waiting lists, there would be people banging on your door night and day wanting to be your friend to get bumped up the list.
I think she's went down the homeless route but surely that's what everyone would do if they thought it would get them a house, especially a newbuild. Are we sure that some of those houses weren't co-ownership? I know the ones on the monagh bypass were coownership and Social housing.

Yeah they’re from the Turf Lodge but think her ma upgraded to Ballymurphy a few years ago. Looks like Lauryns new gaff is in turf lodge tho
I wrote a email and phone the HE for my daughter to say I was making her homeless made no difference at all.,

it’s not in Turf lodge. She walks into town from where she is -it’s only a stone’s throw away.

My parents done the same for me, even had my friend email to say me and my children were sleeping on her sofa, they offered me a hostel at the other side of the country which wasn’t suitable as my little one is in school and I don’t drive

I think they give them to ppl with other health conditions as well. My cousin and his partner have one she’s got rheumatoid arthritis and he’s got MS. Although I think they had the choice of either the money every month or a car I’m not 100% sure
