Didn’t recognise her at first!
But its all fake outrage when it comes to other communities, they only community they will speak out for is there own, even if Occupied Palestine across the border is being torn apart, who cares to them?Re the Palestine / Israel conflict, both are Jewish and P’s husbands family has a holiday home in Israel. Cannot imagine they would come out and be critical of Israel when both holiday there and have family there. Would be totally ostracised from the Mill Hill set, the circles they move in all holiday there too and would be frowned upon in the community.
my issue was that Phillipa shared a very derogatory post about palestine and its people, it was very much an equivalent to ‘all lives matter’ kind of post, esp when it was in regards to a primary school full of children being attacked ( i remember this perfectly well because it made me unfollow her immediately)Re the Palestine / Israel conflict, both are Jewish and P’s husbands family has a holiday home in Israel. Exactly!!!!! i get wanting to defend your religion/heritage/country and they have every right to, i might not agree with them but you don’t need to trash other people or dimisa what theu go through to fight for your cause, its very crappy
I agree. You have to understand what it’s like in the North West London bubble. P for example is married to her childhood sweetheart, her life outside of NW London is limited. I’m not excusing it at all but it’s very much a bubble. It’s very performative. I find it interesting she doesn’t seem to post if and when she visits Israel now.But its all fake outrage when it comes to other communities, they only community they will speak out for is there own, even if Occupied Palestine across the border is being torn apart, who cares to them?
Selective activism..
Feel like Philipa is the leader of this, she gives off bad vibes and energy, she doesnt have a kind face but instead the opposite, she seems mean and rudeI agree. They are total mean girls, no doubt about it.Feel like Philipa is the leader of this, she gives off bad vibes and energy, she doesnt have a kind face but instead the opposite, she seems mean and rude
I was just watching the video of their Christmas night out and you just know that if you worked with them and didn’t fit exactly with their aesthetic (even if you were phenomenal at your job) they would be so mean to you, whatever tit they spout about inspirational women.I get mean girl vibes from the pair of them. Rich and entitled
Yeah totes agree. Boring now . . . and as with all the other ‘successful’ influencers the price tags have sky rocketed, we can’t afford that and that’s not why we followed you in the first place. It is getting a bit samey and they now strongly push the ‘link in our bio/ story/ shopLTK ‘ when asked about where clothing bits are from. Especially on the wearetwinset insta page. I do wonder if someone runs that page for them as their individual pages still tag the actual shops for the clothes they are wearing.
On a positive note, they are quite lovely and have always replied to any DM I have sent over the years. More than I can say for some influencer/ instagrammers who have far less followers even.
I really enjoyed their youtube content. I found them both quite likeable and relateable on that. I suppose its a lot more effort for less reward though.

People who do not stand up for children being killed are not nice. I dont care the reason behind it, children are children and theyve made clear certain children do not matter whike being parents themselves. So no, they are not nice. Even if they answered some DMs. Those influencers who don't answer DMs bur speak up against injustices are much better. It is getting a bit samey and they now strongly push the ‘link in our bio/ story/ shopLTK ‘ when asked about where clothing bits are from. Agreed. It definitely did change my opinion of them. I did enjoy their fashion content on YouTube, which is why i followed them in the first place. Their interactions with their followers is actually lovely. I never said they were nice people. I don't know them personally to remark on that. I suppose, not liking their instagram content alongside their political stance and moral integrity does have to make one question is it worth it to follow them. Its just more reasons to unfollow really. They have an intern who probably does and also steams their clothes
