Sainsbury’s has had certain flavours of the candy kittens for 99p for a few weeks so I guess the suppliers offered a nice deal on then, Sainsbury’s used it to put them on the shelves cheap, Waitrose for their giveaway.

The summer range quiche Lorraine is stunning, easily the nicest quiche I’ve had!

Some things are really nice about waitrose, I like the sushi trimmings pots for £2.95, and buying a pastry then getting my free coffee to go with it. The price of coffee is astronomical out.

Also like the biccies and they have a wide variety of unusual herbs/spices with a nice price of course! I bought some sumac (admittedly much cheaper at an international store) and aleppo chilli mixed with other chillis for turkish lentil soup recently.

I've got a £50 gift card for JL/ Waitrose. Does anyone know if it'll count towards the Little Treats if I use it at Waitrose?

For anyone who hasn't picked up the free Fever Tree drinks yet, the Mediterranean ones are refreshingly citrus-y and very nice on their own or with OJ.

Pinched from elsewhere:
£50 spend - Graze oat bars or Waitrose Free From Sicilian Lemon and White chocolate cookies
£100 - Manilife nut butter or rowse honey
£250 No.1 Sausages or plant based alternative
The cookies are actually really nice.

I've only had 2 vouchers for 'usuals' the last few weeks - and for items that are not even available - with a third for something seemingly random that I'll never be buying.

Same. I’m only getting 2 vouchers and it’s always eggs or bananas at the moment.

I have got vouchers for a load of random rit including Hagen Daz matcha ice cream which still makes it more expensive than when it’s on discount.

Had a Waitrose delivery today. Our nearest one is about 10 miles away, but occasionally I just prefer a delivery. My favourite item from them is the Morello Cherry pie. I love anything containing cherries and this pie was recommended to me by a friend. Oh it’s delicious, has a sugary top to it, which I do tend to scrape as much as I can of it off (trying to cut down on sugar intake) but the rest of it tastes fab. It’s obviously quite popular though, as only one was delivered today (despite ordering two) and on our recent visit to the store itself, twice they’ve been sold out! 🍒😂

If you like cherries, buy this!

I bought quite a lot from waitrose today (for once they were doing decent discounts!), mainly fruit and vegetables, and a couple of spice tailor curry packets.

Things I've loved in the past were the cheaper treacle tart (delicious heated with clotted cream) and their sushi trimmings pots.

I was the customer who bought the most cherry pies in my branch one year 😚
