It’ll be once the 2nd year is over as you can only serve for max of 10 years, so 2 full terms and then 2 years if your president has to step down.

The only good thing about this happening is that MAGA is Trump and Trump only with them continually showing their loyalty is to him. Vance on the other hand has a lot of detractors who call him out over a lot of things including the fact he 'dares' to have a mixed race marriage and children. He will have a lot to do to keep their loyalty especially when their beloved cult leader is demoted and he takes his place. This is when the Dems should grow some balls and start doing what needs to be done but whether they will or not is another story.

I wouldn’t be shocked if he dumped his wife then married Kirk’s widow. Hoping I’m being mad but it would not surprise me.

I’ve seen this too, I think if he runs for president he’ll go this route

Has he got time to do that 'respectably' enough for the Republican party to go for it? The next election is 2028, he'd be campaigning from 2027, that's a year to 18 months for him to ditch his wife and remarry. Wild card option, could he run with her as his vice president pick?

It is a popular theory and I wouldn't be surprised if it happened, especially now Turning Point has endorsed him as the next president. It's not like he really defends her either. Most people would be quick to defend their partners when trolled/attacked but instead he throws fuel onto the fire by openly admitting he wants her to convert to Christianity.
