Tom is too in love with his own words to reply with only an emoji. There’s a similar style development near me that has been getting demolished for the last 10 years. The residents who lived in there with social housing as their landlords were moved out into alternative accommodation fairly quickly. But those who had bought the property and it was part of a CPO have been holding on, asking for more money, fighting through courts etc. It’s only quick if everyone is happy to go, and with that many people in the 3 flats I bet not everyone will be happy no matter how many times Tiny Tom calls it an eye sore.

Unlikely to be CPO'd when planning approval has been put in place for a barn and other items. At least not in the next 10 years or so

Looks likely that it's similar cladding to Grenfell. Not safe and 60+ years old in a state of disrepair. Not even to mention the state of fire code within the flats.

If the flats are that similar to Grenfell why has it taken nearly TEN YEARS to have them scheduled for demolition? Safety not first, second, third or 25th?
