Didn't he go to have a look at a house which his 'friends ' wanted to buy and asked him to go along, I assume the irish guy cus next clip they were all together, but that was only a few weeks ago so that's a bit to quick isn't it if it's them that are moving there

He's just let slip in tonight's vlog that it's Vic, Lydia's mum! They were talking about the height of the cupboards and he said Vic is only this tall!
I heard that too! And moving the static up there, she wants it to be next to her mums new house.

But what's funny is the farm right next door to his will have houses on(as long as the planning goes through) so not only will he be complaining about the house being built behind his house now he can complain about the other houses

He better pray he never falls out with Tom and Chris or Andy because they are responsible for 90% of the work that has been done on the land.
There is no strip of land. That's just the driveway.
Because he likes to play poor he's not going to tell you that he's gone in on the house with lyds mum. And paid x amount towards the house for field access.

When he told lyd that contracts were signed and if they pulled out they'd lose 10%. Why w poo up they lose anything if it was her mum that bought it
Probably has bought it and renting it to her mum just like he does with his brother Lees house
If her mum bought it why are the estate agents ringing him on competition and he’s collecting the keys / his name on the envelope?
