Talking about injuries does anyone know if they need any kind of insurance to drive the machines on the land? Just wondered if he’s setting himself up for a potential lawsuit if someone gets seriously injured without being trained/experienced.

It was back when the girls were home, maybe around Christmas time. There wasn't anything official but they went to see some property, but they didn't show anything. Could just hear folk talking. It was Tom's vlog

the only family member that he wouldn’t film straightaway in the house would be Lydia’s mum…anyone else would be under the thumb and be on cam right away and my guess are others like his dad / mum / alice wouldn’t be so keen to live so close to him
