So he’s bought an incredible amount of land with crappy old burnt buildings, unusable old tractors, just to destroy it with dirt bikes and whatever else? I bet you in 12 months time there is no changes other than huge mud marks everywhere. What a joke. The irony of him saying people ignored the trespassing signs when he was walking all over it last year. Good luck getting that all secure Tom. One quick google map search and I’ve found the land, as will others, how are you gonna stop people turning up?

Lydia’s comment regarding them building Alfie a house, something like “oh yeah they’ll say they had little tykes Wendy houses and Alfie had a house”. You are so out of touch with reality you absolute morons.

- Takes 2 months to order a washer and dryer

- Can't sort out a new driveway (20 meters by 10 meters maximum).

- Leaves the 'house next door' an absolute pig sty and has done nothing constructive with it for over 3 years.

- Thinks that he is capable of sorting out over ONE HUNDRED ACRES worth of land.

Hilarious.

He's literally bought it so that he can drive his car and use his phone at the same time, just so he can say to the comment section 'I'm allowed to, I own the land'.
Still hasn't got the family car. But I don't see the point in a new one. Other than extra boot space. Are they going to get rid of the Lydia's one? Then what will Tom. Do when he needs to take Alfie somewhere and she has the new car?

My partner said tom said when it fell through he dragged his land rover through the land to ruin it, is that right or did he hear wrong?
[/QUOTE]

He said when he thought the deal was going to fall through he took the defender on it just to have one go at his ‘dream’. Then in the next breath moaned about people going over fences and using his private land as a cut through

How much we thinking he’s spent to last that land to become waste land because he won’t be asking farmers to help maintain like they used to do.. 10mil? More?

10mil? Don't think he's paid over 1.5mil.
Between £9k and £10k an acre land is.

Should screenshot the birds eye view of the land every year to see how it changes.

Just the way he said developers were offering million and millions more thought it would of been on the high side

I saw comments on a tiktok (not his and I don't know why it was the first video shown to me) that said the seller refused all the offers and picked Tom because he was a new family.
Stupid decision if true.

And don't forget he does tell lies.
I'll be surprised if something like 'how I beat out developers for a dream' wasn't a title of a future vlog

Sorry to subject you to this 😂

The amount of land he’s purchased is insane. Like what possibly could he use all of it for?
I have so many thoughts & questions.
Imagine the price of all the upkeep?
The home he was eventually going to do up and move into was set on fire just days before, what if the same person/people come back?
Realistically, how is he going to stop people from coming onto all of that land?
He also said it would be years before they build their own home and move onto the land so what exactly is he going to do in the mean time that justifies spending that amount of money?
He said the project would change his viewers lives too… after the reveal, how? There’s no mention of viewers now.

If I was in his position I’d be focusing on building a home there since he loves it so much and will spend the majority of his time there. That way he’s living on his land and making the most of it.

He keeps joking about being broke and I find it so distasteful. Lydia telling him how she couldn’t wait and how she has expensive taste made me cringe. It’s not your money hun. I did like her but now she’s starting to come off as a bit of a gold digger.
They just piss away money like it’s nothing. More money than sense.

That old video of Anaïs Gallagher talking to Jaackmate about meeting him one time keeps coming to mind. Very braggy

I'm sure the mill was like 2.5/3 million and he wasn't prepared to pay that, I reckon he's paid between 1-1.5 tops. Not sure I'm buying into the whole developer thing, because who in their right mind would turn an offer like that down over poxy Tom? Knowing he is just going to let half the land go to waste and be destroyed by cars and bikes. I honestly give it a year or so and he'll be selling either all of it or part of it. He's also planning on selling the house next door, which will need lots doing to it before it can be sold, plus sorting the garden out to make it back to 2 gardens again. He literally can't stick one project out at a time! Spending all that money on his office only to then decide he wants to build a new house on his land. I could rant all day lmfao

I’ve not watched the nearly 4 hour vlog, just fast forwarded through him walking around it with Lydia and his most recent wankfest where taking a shot everytime he said we did it would result in my liver being pickled, so apologies if any of this is mentioned in that 4 hours…

He has train lines and waterways going through that land. The liabilities and implications on maintenance are bleeping huge. Add to that the likely farming covenants in place, what the duck does he actually think he’s going to do there?! It’s taken him months to order a washing machine, and Billy Big balls is talking like he’ll have a house built there in 5 years!

We all know that he tried to buy land before but that fell through because they wouldn't allow him to duck it up with dirt bikes (it was just a field). But now he has the excuse of 'well it's a farm. It requires machinary so why wouldn't I have a couple of quad bikes' owning the farm is just a way to bypass the 'you can't duck up this land just because you're still 10 years old in the head'
I can't see him doing any work in it from October. He'll say it's too cold and/or he hasn't got the money at the moment to start the necessary repairs.

He wanted a mill/factory so he could make a paintball arena and go kart track wasn't it? He wanted land to dirt bike.
Did he learn nothing from Michael Carroll?

I bet Lydia was secretly wishing that the sale would fall through and they could have actually spent the money in fixing their house.
They probably won't be together in 5 years.

Either way they have Alfie together (surprisingly not another one) so she’ll still get some money and her little eyes will sparkle with the CSA payments plus if anything happens to Tom everything will go to Alfie probably so I don’t think she’ll care if they are together or not 🤣 I feel like they only stayed together because of Alfie as I feel like she’s had enough of him but wants to stay because of 💰💰💰💰

I actually thought he'd bought the house next door with the intention of it being Lydia's so if they split up the kid would basically live between two houses as it pleased, and that's why he's not bothered to do anything with it as they've decided to stay together (I dip in and out of his vlogs yearly when I get bored lol)

Felt like we got a look at a side of tom we never get to see.

The scene where he was raking the land when the deal fell through. That actually felt really sinister and you don't often see anything like that from him. Had a bit of a glazed look in his eyes when he was doing it.

Also seeing how quickly his personality changed when his motoring mates turned up vs how he was with Lydia and family seeing the land. So much more swearing / disrespect to the land. Was really icky. Like bleeping up the land with this mad motoring scientist mate was his plan all along but had convinced the female owner to sell the land to him for nice family / farming purposes.

Really happy for him and I think it was a great idea. Can definitely see the dollar signs though in the eyes of those around him in the followups.

Also... calling it now... his dad or mark had a part in burning down the property so he could get planning easier.

As strange as this sounds I actually feel slightly sorry for Andy the gardener. He's had a nice cushy job cutting a couple of medium sized lawns, pruning a few trees here and there, planting a few little plants, and yes he has to tidy cardboard up for the man child, but overall he's had a lovely little job for someone at his stage in his career (I'm guessing that he's mid-late 50's). He's now going to be roped in to clearing heaps and heaps of tit, probably doing back breaking work that the man child doesn't want to actually pay to employ a proper company to come and do...

I’m glad someone else was thinking this. What a coincidence that it happened to be on the weekend of closing the deal… hmmmm

I know he jokes about being skint now he purchased the land but I hope he has savings left as I get the feeling it going to cost a lot of money to get the land in order to live on it. I can see hes excited but I feel it will sink in soon how big a job he has

That's why he's had the game room done. Back to the old way, trying to earn from hours live streaming games.
