Alfie’s 9 months everyone time for the 100th party of the child’s life poor sod will get to 1 and had the same amount of parties an average 85 year old has in a life time

Yeah, he ain't getting that.
I didn't realise it was an auction. Might go for at least £6mil and whoever buys it is going to level it.
The plans he said he'd do would cost him so much money. The buildings look a bit ducked.

He still doesn't want to spend £800 on fixing the defender.
Was about to say he won’t pay £800 to fix the car what’s he going to do when this starts haemorrhaging
Money

So why did all the plans for his own home conversion and plans for the entire house next door stop 🤔🤔
Oh yeah, he complained about the cost of everything so is letting next door rot. And got a stud wall put up in the basement.
If he did a bit of research he'd see how mist that plot would cost him.
But I wonder if he knows he's not going to buy it and just stringing people along for content 🤔

The comments are the vlog are varied
Plxton makes some good points. Nobody has made any counter arguments for him.
But some others just devolved into childness.
A: 'Here's my advice'
B: 'oh you're such and expert.'
A: 'it's not hard to see.'
B: 'ner ner ner ner'
---
I highly recommend you check out some of them.

I wonder if in the next vlog he'll say something like 'you guys in the comments have been super positive about the idea. You know how long I've wanted to do something like this'
But he won't mention all the other comments who are actually saying that he shouldn't do it, he doesn't even want to pay to fix the defender, he should just concentrate on his own house etc

I can't see him getting any investors to go in with him. Nobody would earn their money back for decades.
And wouldn't a go kart tracks and paintball arena need some sort of liability insurance? If not some sort of license even. I know they need that stuff is part of a business but on private property?
What if one of his mates crashes a kart and is paralysed or something. Tom would get sued.

His just that irrelevant that he clickbaits and post about buying 2.5m places( he hasn’t mentioned it or anything) just to get views but doesn’t seem to be getting the mass amount he’s after

Also I don’t get the whole situation with Alfie’s cot/bed - I’m going to admit that I don’t have kids yet but are they seriously going to leave his bed without a side on?? That just screams accident waiting to happen
Speaking from having kids he should definitely not be sleeping without a side on he’s not even 1, you can turn a cot into a cot bed which the recommend age is 18+ months (1 and a half basically) it is urged to wait until at least 2-3 years to put them in a bed without any sides and they tell you to lower the cot as much as you can and keep them in it unless they are a risk to themselves (eg can climb out by themselves even this I would invest into a floor bed instead)

With this being said when he has his 1 year review hopefully the health visitor will have a look where he is sleeping and bring to her point about safe sleeping because this is not safe at all at 9 months old he should be in his cot on the lowest setting

So he didn't mention the comments 🤔must mean that he didn't expect people not actually agreeing with him.

Lydia wants more wardrobe space but has a room all to herself. Maybe use that room then.

He could do the garage extention or not build the gym and use that room for storage.or extend the "basement". Build an extension near the pool and do the dym in there.
Or do the dormer for lyds clothes.

I think with the sofa and stuff she has in her room they should just get rid of and make it into a walk in for her

Let’s be honest he’s not sleeping in there is he … next to Lydia until he’s 18 year old that kid

All I can think about is the fact that the furniture in Alfie’s room likely isn’t secured to the wall. Anything could happen whilst they’re asleep now they’ve taken the side from his cot.

Let's hope this is the contract he's been waiting for and we don't have to hear the words 'secret' and 'project' together anymore.
And we can start saying 'he's supposed to be an adult with a kid. Why is acting like a kid in a sweet shop' 😂

It's so un safe, does no body talk to them and tell them how un safe it is, no way do you open up the side of a cot for a child this young, it's so worrying,
Will they put safety gates up??? The glass stairs?? O my god don't bare thinking about!!!
They are buying more and more things for the child that by the time it is his birthday he won't want anything, they will definitely be needing an extension for all this kids toys!!

Looks like from his Twitter he might have signed the contract for the secret project which means if is highly unlikely that he’ll buy the mill.

I think realistically they just don’t really care, they’ve unsafelt co-slept since he was a newborn after they’ve had a drink, they’ve had him overheating and in unhealthy hip positions in carriers since a newborn, I think his safety is the least of their worries

Maybe there just thinking of the content a fall will bring , great thumbnail, " 2am hospital dash" or " having to call an ambulance for my son"
I just don't get how thick they are snd can't believe family don't say anything to them,
Bet she'd turn right evil if somone tried to tell her that what she's doing is wrong,🫣

I remember them saying on a vlog when they put safety bar on the double bed in spare room that he moves about so much in his sleep they don't want him to hurt himself, every child is the same but they manage, they do get use to their own wee space, might bump into the cot but he'd hurt himself more falling out the front of the thing!!!

Added to the fact that he’s mobile now and who knows where he could get to and I’m not sure I’ve seen any baby gates anywhere which is scary
