I can’t deal with the editing chopping about all over the place. I only occasionally watch because of it but couldn’t get past the first minute of today’s video it was so bad. Why do they think that looks good?

I can’t deal with how much they spend. I wish I could spend $600 at Costco or just buy a piano haha. I don’t watch their videos, I just follow them on Instagram.

What do you make of the new house??? Doing my head in having it rammed down ya neck all the time, and just leave the bloddy builders alone to get on with it !!!

I thought they had CCTV cameras up there to see what’s going on. If I was the builders, I would be pissed off them coming everyday

I think that the trouble is that some people start out with kind of good intentions thinking that documenting things to do with their child's life helps to educate people, and it helps to provide support to other families going through similar things, but what should be at the very heart of it is their child's right to privacy. It also quickly turns into them using their kid for views aka money. I watched part of one vlog of The Life in Holland where they filmed him being really vulnerable after a seizure. They said that he had given them permission to do so, but the whole point is that the child is 11 or so - he isn't old enough to really give informed consent, and his parents shouldn't be filming him in that situation, let alone putting it on Youtube. They should be protective of him. I stopped watching after that.

Yeah, it’s just really surprising that they would be like that, they don’t come across that way. I wonder if the kids who are on random YouTube family channels now, will have the same issues as child actors and actresses? I only watch TIHWB to see what Mormons are like and to see what they’re new house will be like, once it’s done.

Or how many times they take the kids out of school for a trip? Also when they started promoting logan and Jake Paul’s prime water. That was the nail in the coffin for me. I used to watch and follow all social media of the Bingham. But not if they are going to promote the Paul’s. Bad look for their brand in my mind.

One thing that stands out to me in the new house is that only brexsan has a desk! The two older boys are getting older and older surely a desk for there studies would be a good idea! Infact I'm sure a few years ago they did a whole video on getting rylers room ready for studying! I do think the house is really well done though and not tacky but like others wonder how they will keep this lifestyle going, I already sense that ryler has had enough of being filmed

I kind of think that the ones with good intent get caught up in the hype, and then they lose the perspective of protecting their kids privacy etc. Then of course you also have the absolutely awful ones who never really had any good intent - they just wanted easy income, and if 'pimping out your kid's childhoods online' is the way to easy income for them, then they don't really care.

Gotta love how they showed a chore chart and all the boys have tons of stuff and poor princess Hazyl is the exception to the rule. I bet the boys are tired of her crap. Also, poor Brex was doing tons of chores at her age. She’s not adorable and she’s not a baby, she’s spoiled!! Really pisses me off about them. They think everything she does is cute. She’s not a nice girl and they are ruining her.

Just started watching this family (my son has watched them for years) I like her and the kids but he is way to over the top, he seems to think he is really cool! And the amount of sugar the kids eat is insane...breakfast seems to consist of chocolate, syrup and cream and then sometimes they have similar for dinner instead of proper food. The other things I find ridiculous is the amount of presents Mindy's parents buy them for Xmas, it's insane and kinda feel sorry for the other set of grandparents that they have that to compete with!

Does anyone follow Jared and Brittany Bingham? I used to watch them, then gave up because they annoyed me, but a couple of their recent vlogs came up as suggested watching recently, so I watched them. How can they have been going through infertility investigations for over two years, but they have only found out in the last couple of weeks that the issue is that Jared doesn't produce any sperm? Surely that should have been checked when they first started going to doctors because it's the easiest thing to do? Guy does his business and they check if there is any sperm. Whoever they were seeing is incompetent. Brittany was also put on clomid (or something) - why was it assumed that it was always her issue?

If they are Mormon too, then it is probably assumed that it is the woman’s fault that they can’t get pregnant, as Mormonism is extremely patriarchal.

I feel very bad for Brexsen..Out of all the siblings I feel like he is the black sheep. I don't want to speculate but if he or any of them happen to be a part of the LGBTQ+ community it will be severely suppressed and will be carried into adulthood as mental illness.

Our Life in Holland are appalling. I watched their vlogs for a while as well, but stopped in utter disgust when they filmed their son in a very vulnerable state not long after having a seizure. I never watched the Gardner Quad Squad, but did loosely follow what went down. The Utah Mormon vlogging community is very problematic. Do you (or did you watch) The Chatwins? Brandon Bingham is friendly with the dad, Darik. I watched them for a while as well but the fake perfect life and the spoilt brat kids made me stop.

Yep is used to watch The Chatwins, Our life in Holland, Fivetwolove,The Nelsons, GardenerQuadSquad. All Mormon, all have Skeletons in their closet to. What i jist dont get is why life has to be presented as rainbows and unicorns and be so perfect. Did you know Brandon has a criminal record, can not remember whether it was a driving or burglary but something like that. Never been mentioned in vlogs, because they have to maintain their perfect cult ways.

I used to but can not abide them. I am sure they are very nice people and seem to have a very loving and generous extended family but its parents profiting from their children. It could be argued that these children actually do benefit unlike some, they get lovely holidays, anything they require to keep well dressed and entertained and go on loads of trips and seem to have lots of friends. But the videos are unwatchable due to insane chop editing, his ridiculous pumped up attitude and their inability to be honest drove me to distraction.
I stopped watching when their vlogger besties 'The Gardner Quad Squad' had a massive fall from grace when the father was found out to messaging young girls. The Binghams never acknowledged it, stuck by them and still did things together with them but suddenly non of that ever made vlogs again. They used to vlog girls all at dancing, adults date nights etc. The fact they felt they couldnt vlog that anymore incase it ruined their following did it for me. Would have found much more respect if they had been open and honest rather than pretend they arent friends any more. Also all 4 brothers in the Bingham dynasty and the sister vlog. 'Our life in Holland' use their son with cerebral palsy as a money maker. Be interested in other peoples opinions x

The inability to be honest is a good one which i think is interesting considering how religious they are/mormon. It's never exactly lying but it is omitting the truth often. Yeah the whole family had to get on the money train.

Ryler wanted to go camping with friends this weekend...mindy couldnt stand the idea of him going alone with 5 other kids and a parent that she forced her way in...she's a disaster waiting to happen. She calls herself a helicopter parent but its actually narcissism.

I was hoping their was a thread for TIHBW. The kids are always eating rubbish. They have silly names. Mindy is always spending lots of money. Also Brandon was arrested when he was married the first time
