I’m not watching him anymore but he doesn’t sound like much of a good advert for the parks. This is not what Disney etc is wanting or needing right now so surely this would affect his ‘perks’ in the future?

I have been watching Tim and Jenn for several years and have always enjoyed getting my fix of the Florida parks in between trips, but recently things have been a little odd to say the least

Let me start off by saying that I have no issue with the Trackers having concerns over COVID, Florida’s cases are skyrocketing and theme parks aren’t exactly isolation-friendly. If I was living in Orlando I would certainly be uncomfortable heading to the parks right now.

First of all they were adamant they weren’t going to rush back to the parks, yet Tim was back within a few days of them opening.

If you watch the latest handful of videos that they have posted of Tim returning to the Parks (if you haven’t watched I suggest you do) it’s easy to pick up on some weird things

A) Tim won’t eat or drink at the parks
B) he won’t ride an attraction if it has an indoor queue or is an indoor ride (leaving very few Options!)
C) he won’t go into the shops (which was ‘amusing’ at Disney Springs when he was trying to show new merch and the prices through the windows!)
D) there was also a strange incident at Busch Gardens where he refused to walk through the fan misters - I’m guessing it’s because he thinks it could be infectious?
E) even we he shows the ‘rest areas’ where you can remove your masks safely, he makes a point that he’s not comfortable removing it, even when there is nobody else there.

The vlogs are now basically Tim pointing at things he’s not comfortable doing:confused:

As I said, I have no issue with the caution around the pandemic, but Tim is SOOOO uncomfortable in those parks that he really shouldn’t be there putting himself through it.

it feels very disingenuous and grabby for views.

Also, I find it a little arrogant, if Universal/SeaWorld/Disney etc didn’t think it was safe to eat at their restaurants and ride the attractions with the new policies and distancing in place, they wouldn't allow people to do it - but it feels like Tim think he knows better!
yes we have been saying the exact same thing! If you’re that worried Tim, don’t bloody go at all. I lost my temper at the Busch Gardens video; if you’re not concerned and worried about bringing it home to your son, STAY HOME. I’m an ICU nurse and I have no choice... I have to go to work and come home to my family. Trust me, if I didn’t... I’d stay home!

I thought it was fascinating (well quite incredulous actually) when he was at Disney Springs the other day. Art Smith’s Homcomin’ re-opened that day, and if you see from Prince Charming Dev’s vlog, Chef Art Smith was there for the opening welcoming everyone back.

Tim did what he does now - pointed at the restaurant to say that it had opened but that he possibly couldn’t even contemplate eating there. (Despite ample outdoor seating that was socially distanced)

The restaurant has opened almost a month after Disney Springs meaning that they have taken the time to ensure their staff and guests are safe, training, PPE and policies all in place. The Trackers love this place and constantly list it as one of their fav places to eat.

Can you imagine if Tim had spoken to the Chef (who has spoken to a few vloggers for the opening) and that awkward moment where Tim has to explain why he thinks he knows better and won’t be eating there.

And don’t even get me started on him going to Universal to tell us that Bourne Stuntacular is soft opening, but of course he can’t show any of it because it’s indoors! - so why bother?
another blogger filmed the Bourne Show and there was a lot of social distancing! Knobber

I'm starting to think that Tim's buying views again. Because they suddenly doubled again in just a few hours. It wouldn't surprise me honestly....

He probably goes along with it. Whatever it takes to make her happy.
His family used to be in the early vlogs now there's never even any mention of his family. Its either they weren't comfortable with the vlogging or Jenn made Tim choose between her and his family. When Jenn was pregnant there was no mention of a baby shower. I know her Mom passed but why didn't her family throw her one? Why didn't his family throw her one. They always say they have friends over but never any mention of family. Its strange, especially since Tim's family lives near them

I’m unsure of the way influencers have to disclose things like that in the us, here in the uk everything has to be very obviously marked as #ad #gifted etc , maybe it’s not the same in the states?

So happy to have found this thread! Their home vlogs are getting so tedious. I’m a mum and even I’m getting fed up of Jackson overload. Also I get mega mum-shaming vibes from Jen!
Yeah. If you don't do everything just like she does, then you are a terrible mom. Because she's perfect don't you know.

They never let the kid cry it out. The minute he starts crying, no matter how minor, they pick him up right away. I'm not saying you let the kid cry for hours on end, but a little bit of crying never hurt a baby. I did it with my son and he turned out just fine.

I wonder if they are going to want to film every moment of his days at school. It get very old after awhile.

Tim is going out on a Floridian Adventure...

Considering the theme, weather makes its way into the title of the vlog....

Tim is going to ride on some JetSkis

It's like they read this board and others for ideas of vlogs that don't involve the themeparks where Tim is legitimately afraid for his wellbeing.

So it sounds like he was comped for this adventure....but really didn't make it clear outside of a vague "Invited out....."

Around the 5 minute mark, Tim nearly falls off the JetSki when it hits a wake.

The grill left on "Catfish Island" is in better shape than the one Tim has in his backyard.

Tim is completely perplexed seeing some fallen palm trees.

They found some horseshoe crabs and the Animal Sanctuary guy drops some knowledge.

Tim for once isn't exaggerating about a storm, it looked pretty wicked.

Tim locked his keys in his car, and lost his sunglasses, and then thought he lost his GoPro.

I'm convinced that Tim just doesn't have any practical clothing. So for JetSkiing and "exploring" the Wilderness he wore painted on shorts and a tight button down.
He didn't make it too far with the Scouts did he?
At least he isn't so afraid for his well being though, so that's a good change, and also wasn't on the hunt for certain food.

Yes, but also that she SMELLS everything before she eats it. Like in the live blog, she smelled the shortbread cookie...why? Then in today's vlog, she smelled the tomato. So weird to me! Sorry to food smellers in this thread, but I don't get EVERYTHING needing to be smelled first, especially if it's an everyday food.
Ahhhh i’ve never noticed before but after watching the tomato blog I’m never going to be able to not see it 😂😂 who smells every food item before they eat it?

@peteykirch Hey mikedupp, no restrictions in Florida huh? I must be living in an alternate reality then. I'm not even allowed to walk down the street right now without a mask (not saying I would). Absolutely no parks are open. My kids haven't seen their friends face to face in months. Car dealerships, or any other business, being open does not equate no restrictions. Different counties may have different restrictions, but again...that isn't "no restrictions".

The only person who seemed not to care about the virus at that moment was selfish Jenn not wearing her mask. That's disgusting. Anyway, moving on...
Compared to NJ, where I live, it seems as if Florida has no restrictions. Sorry if you took it literally, but Florida's handling of the virus has almost been as if they didn't require much. Here in NJ we can't even go inside into some restaurants to get takeaway, it's all curbside. Yet in Florida they are doing inside dining for some idiotic reason.

I was at Disney during Hurricane Irma in 2017. That was a legitimate storm, and actually did damage.

I actually had one of my videos get picked up by the Weather Channel and they used it on their channel.

I hate when people sensationalize everything or use clickbait for their articles all the time like TheDisneyFoodBlog.
I remember seeing that. We were supposed to check in the day it was going through. I got Universal to delay it by a day and drove through the remaining bits of the storm. I'm from Florida so I learned to drive in that kind of weather. I remember seeing the damage. I also made sure to bring 2 5 gallon gas cans with me. LOL!! I also filled up when the tank got halfway full.

This storm is barely a Cat 1. Not to downplay it, but I live through Hurricane Andrew, Hurricane Katrina and Hurricane Wilma. Wilma hit my city head on. We were without power for almost a month. What did we do? My son and I packed a bag and headed to Disney. Since his school was closed and so was my job. We spent two weeks there. It was so much fun.

The DFB is the worst. I've unsubbed to their videos. Her voice just totally annoys me to no end.

Yes yesterday some cast members took in vloggers with them. I watched a bit of ResortTV1’s live stream. The place was dead so that would have been a good time for him to go if he knew anyone (surely he must) seeing as he is so reluctant.

Nate did a superchat a few days ago in Epcot
Yes, but it's not his only source of income. Plus, he doesn't got to outrageously expensive dinners like V&A and expects his viewers to pay for it.

He did stay at some DVC resorts, but that was gifted to him by viewers that weren't going and either had to use the points or they would lose them. He's always up front about that.

You did not imagine that. She definitely said it. I was like good. Because while I like and have kids, I don't want to watch Vloggers that only talk about kids and their family. Now that they've realized that Jackson is a jackpot for their channel, I'm sure it won't stop anytime soon.
I don't think Jackson is jackpot for their channel, if he was their views would be higher, currently they need to go to the parks because that's what most people are wanting/expecting from them.

Jenn also said you "wouldn't find that kind of content on our channel" regarding racing back to the parks after re-opening (implied as either on re-opening days or within the first days of re-opening). That was a lie too. It's hilarious how their brainwashed "stans" tried to grasp at straws to defend the hypocrisy of his first time out to Disney Springs literally days after that "kind of content" vlog ( Example - "Well, it wasn't like he went on the real first day open to the public. He was there on the safe day because it was a media event. )

They said what they said. Hypocrites as usual.
A media event day makes no sense for a reopening though, people want to know if rules are actually being enforced, if its safe for them to go back, a media even is all grand for ride revels and the like, but not for this. If you say you aren't going to go because you are afraid of getting sick, then just don't go, it's really that simple.
Although Tim still went to the parks that didn't have media days, so it still doesn't make any sense.

Well with all his farting that they MUST point out, he isn't very polite!
LOL!! I'm a food smeller too. I don't know why. I've just always done it. I'm not even sure why I do it. I know it's weird. My family makes fun of me every time we eat.

So according to reports, neck gaithers aren't being allowed. Wonder if Dim and Jenn will let that effect their decisions to go to the parks. Since I've only seen him wearing them.
Tim will try to fight it since he cut "ear holes" into his.

They have no clue really, they were still swaddling giganto baby until a few weeks ago and squeezing him into that bassinet thing, he is the size of a 2 year old.
