Is it just me who finds it a bit odd at the amount of presents they buy Jackson for a one month milestone.. I know babies develop new skills with new toys as they get older but I feel he is going to grow up with everything brought for him so his not going to learn what a treat is

Are they really over protective when it took until like the 20th time they dragged Jackson outside into the Florida sunshine until they bought him a hat?

Wow, this thread was a great find. So enlightening! Please hear a former stan out.

I used to be a massive fan of The Trackers. I discovered them in 2015 while planning a trip. They seemed relatable and fun, had a lot of cool info about parks, restaurants and other activities and so I used them quite religiously. I also find Tim's voice calming and relaxing, so some of his vids I used to help me in times of anxiety.

Slowly, though, I started to get an off feeling about them. I couldn't quite pin point it, but after reading here it's obvious that most of you have had that same feeling! Mainly they came across as less and less genuine, and more about doing the bare minimum, getting perks and attention. I even sent them a package (I know, I know... I was young) with different bits and bobs from my country, including my favorite snacks, in the hopes of them perhaps doing one of those "Foreign country snacks"-videos. Basically Tim took a tiny bite of one of the items, Jenn wrinkled her nose and I'm sure it all went into the trash. Knowing what I know now I never would have sent them anything - the fact that it took them YEARS to open their mail is absolutely unforgivable. It just tells me how little they care about their fans. Embarrassing, shameful, ungrateful.

I also really liked the fact that they didn't have kids. I appreciated their openness about infertility. My partner and I have wanted kids for years, but due to health issues and a tricky work situation we haven't been able to. Don't know if we ever will. When they announced their pregnancy I'm not proud to admit that I was really disappointed, because as an early thirties childless person I'm already surrounded by announcements and baby photos and "you really should be happy for them"s. Their vlogs became unwatchable to me, and still are. It's all about the baby. From this thread I have learnt how they basically self diagnosed themselves with infertility, so I shouldn't be surprised at how little they seem to care about their viewers who can't stomach seeing and hearing about babies every second of the vlog.

Sorry about the rant, guys, but wow! I needed to get that off my chest. Going from being a stan to a sceptic has been really sad for me, so reading here has helped a lot. And if they do in fact read here: Get a grip, guys! Be better!

Was your package one of the ones that they waited 3 years to open or did it get opened earlier?

I think it was obvious that Jenn just doesn't work, given that they have only one car and Tim's the driver. Am not sure when Tim stopped working a few years - 2 or 3 years ago I think? - given how often he would be at the parks and the vlogs became daily, there was no way he could have that much free time when his place of work - from the old house - took him about 40 minutes to get home. I just remember a home vlog where Jenn was worried about Tim because he was late coming home from work due to an accident of sorts, part of me thinks it was to do with a train? Can't remember too much about it though.
I stopped watching when they just kept going on about the baby, like grand you have a baby now but unless you are changing your channel to be a family vlog, maybe back it up a bit.

Ah yeah I see what you mean about Jenn clearly not working due to her supposed anxiety issues! Thanks for letting me know about Tim working late in the past etc, I must have missed that vlog

Yeah I agree. I get there isn’t much to do in a pandemic, but their top 10 quick service restaurants video was interesting so I’m surprised they didn’t do more of those to keep the channel on-topic. Definitely a lot of missed opportunities there in my opinion! Jackson is adorable, but I wonder how he’ll feel when he’s grown up about his parents filming him so much from when he was literally born...

It's funny because when they first said that they wouldn't be doing opening day videos I thought they were overreacting. But now, Florida's covid cases are skyrocketing. I understand that people need to work, but I wouldn't blame him for sitting this one out.
Adam The Woo flew from California (another state with high cases) to Florida. He's an idiot.
It is a beautiful thing to see Disney World with no crowds or wait times, though.

I definitely agree with you there. I'm like seriously? He said that he wouldn't be going to opening day in CA and now I see why. At least he isn't stauing with his parents and risking their health.

They are the laziest people I've ever seen. They don't seem to genuinely care about their stans. I've seen other YouTubers that are extremely grateful when someone sends them something. Even something as simple as a hand colored picture. Imagine if someone dared send them something as tacky as that? Heaven forbid.

The whole AK blog had me rolling my eyes. When he was riding Triceratops spin and using this umbrella to raise it up. I was like seriously? I understand being cautious, but that's overdoing it. I would just use some hand sanitizer when i was done. He is way too paranoid to be going to the parks right now.

Yeah, not everyone can have the front row, just take what you get. I'm sure that the cast members would love to stop having to encounter the douchey people who somehow think that they're different than the rest of the cattle getting shuffled through. The, "it can't hurt to ask", mother f'ers who think that the only reason they're not getting what they want, in a sea of people who are all there for the same thing, is because they're simply not asking for it.

It's annoying how paranoid he acts at the parks. Either you decide to go, and are comfortable with your ability to take all the proper precautions, or you don't.

Exactly. The vlog from EPCOT the other day was just ridiculous. If he is that paranoid, he shouldn't be in the parks. But I guess views are more important.

SO Jackson grabs Jenn's glasses off her face and she takes them back and says the reason is so he won't CHOKE himself on them.

I think the cabins are beneath her. I wouldn't be surprised if next we see the Copper Creek Cabins at the Wilderness Lodge or the bungalows at the Poly. And then proceed to watch the stans loose their sh*t when they try and convince each other in the comments that the Trackers deserve that too.

Also, proof that she knew about the staycation. Look how she looks for a live show. No lip gloss (except foundation poorly blended), ratty t-shirt, and no Tiffany earrings.

I didn't even think about the CC Cabins. Those would make more sense. I do know they didn't get a discount on whatever they booked.

Am guessing Tim went because content. Their viewers want to see what it's like at Disney Springs currently, if he wants to be safe he doesn't need to go into the shops - given that some stores have a long queue outside - so long as people can get an idea of what it's like.
Likely he will also be going to the parks opening day too, they need new content and this is the best way to get people watching again.
On a different note, how is their podcast getting on? Does anyone listen to it, or maybe watch the separate YouTube channel they made for it?

He went for views/$$. If he intended to go all along why make a video man-splaining to us why he would not be going?

I’ve seen other vloggers who have been honest and admitted that’s it’s hard wearing a mask in the heat and are really struggling.

Jenn looks like she is dying when she is out in the Florida heat without a mask which is amazing considering she's live in Florida her whole life. You'd think she'd adjust and be able to do alright in the heat and humidity after 30+ years.

In today's live vlog, they are opening up tons of gifts for Jackson. Clothing that is too small. How are they not embarrassed? I would be if I had sent them something and they were calling my name out a year later and the items were useless

Did they not say in one of the vlogs when Jen was still pregnant that they wouldn’t be turning into a family channel/all about the baby, or have I totally imagined that? Most of their vlogs now not only feature Jackson but are about him and his development.

You did not imagine that. She definitely said it. I was like good. Because while I like and have kids, I don't want to watch Vloggers that only talk about kids and their family. Now that they've realized that Jackson is a jackpot for their channel, I'm sure it won't stop anytime soon.

I recently watched the very first couple months of videos of theirs from 11 years ago. Tim was working construction back in those days. He used to talk about it a lot in the videos.

I had to stop watching those early vids because they are just cringeworthy. That was part of what turned me off to the Trackers and why I stopped watching. I saw them for who they really are and I was tired of the wool being pulled over my eyes.

Yeah, that would be related to his brother's company that I referenced. Jaime runs a company called Matthew James Construction. It might have not been named that back then, but he's had a few businesses over the years and that was what Tim was referencing.

(Side note: Someone on Guru had posted insider info a long long time ago about how he was at the Orlando Science Center as a co-worker. That's how that info got passed around. The guy said Tim was decent to work with and easy going but Jenn was a b*tch whenever the person would see her. LOL )
