I like Jenn better than I like Tim. But, my story is otherwise the same. I just can't figure out if Tim thinks that his viewers are all children, or does he think that adult viewers enjoy his weird, cartoon like, persona? I've seen him act normal, why did he adapt to such a goofy personality? It's insulting. Jenn does it sometimes but, for the most part, she at least treats the viewers like they have a brain.

As a guy I feel bad for Jenn with how she always asks Tim for reassurance for EVERYTHING.

Like I have super low self esteem, but she has to ask Tim if she is doing something right no matter how mundane it is.

Who said they will? All I can say is I and many others were contacted by someone high up asking for links and videos, clearly taking this seriously.

Do you really think that that apology would have happened normally ? Why do you think it occurred?

Does anyone watch ResortTV1? I really like those guys and their live streams of the parks are always fun to watch. The whole family just seem like huge Disney fans (their parents included) and it radiates off their videos.

So, I just watched a video where Jenna talks about her being infertile and it was heartbreaking. Just made me think of Jenn's self diagnoses of being infetrtile, when this poor woman actually is and has tried, medically, and through adoption, to have kids, and nothing has worked out for her and her husband. She says the only thing they haven't tried is surrogacy, because of how expensive it is.

Anyway, the difference when someone is genuine and honest about things to their followers, compared to sympathy reaching Jenn, becomes more and more obvious.

I watch Resort TV1 and I like their channel and what they are trying to do with a positive community. You can tell they truly love Disney. Both Josh and Jenna show their Disney geekiness in different ways and it is endearing.

I did not know that about Jenna, but outside of live streams or their relaxing stroll videos, I don’t watch their regular vlogs much. That is so sad for her and Dale.

These two are so unbelievable. Tim and Jenn should run for some sort of political office, because they are so comfortable lying and completely fabricating pure insanity. Their stans just eat it up too. I happened to be on Reddit for something, and I figured I’d see what shenanigans were happening on their subreddit, or whatever it’s called. Someone asked if the Slackers ever collaborate with the DIS team. Tim and/or Jenn claim there’s this weird “phenomenon” around them that causes their haters to go after the people/channels they collaborate with. The stans, of course, eat it up and believe it. This is some North Korea cult of personality BS, and about as believable as people protesting the pregnancy announcement. I hope, one day, all their followers realize what frauds these two idiots are.

I used to watch them, I found Tim rather informative about Disney, he'd vlog on the rides and point out certain things in the parks, along with the food. Jen was nice to give him someone to bounce off of, there was another guy there too - not Adam the Woo - but another guy who just seemed to be there.
Although now I haven't been watching them often, I think the last video I watched was about the 'guide lines' that Universal were considering to open the park open again, which seemed like a waste of a vlog in all honesty, everything was essentially a no go, which is understandable from Jen's point of view, new mum, baby and no vaccine in the picture, but the vlog didn't have to be 40 minutes long. At least to me.

Exactly right. I live in Orlando and just yesterday, Mayor Demings put forth the mask mandate county-wide. Long before that, Osceola County had it. Since I came out of hibernating in late May, I've been to many places throughout the counties (and before Orange's mandate).

In some places, people wore them better than others - for example the Whole Foods in Altamonte was great - most were wearing. Academy Sports in Lake Mary, not so much. Yesterday at IKEA at Millenia, virtually everyone except a literal handful were wearing them. Fresh Market requires them, and again virtually a handful weren't. Publix in multiple counties was like 70 / 30 pro-mask wearing. I also had to get my car repaired at Ford during this time and virtually no one in the service reception area was wearing masks. But now that Orange requires them, they have to wear them too. I also ordered food delivery a bunch of times and it was great. Most simply knocked (i.e. Panera, Tijuana Flats) and left the food at the door.

The point of my rambling? I live here and I still functioned. Safely - with my mask, but still functioned.

The fact that they do not see that you can equally be careful while still going about your business, has been borderline absurd. Did they actually think that they could get it by EATING take-out food? Why would they think they could not walk through a deserted pathway in a park in Dr. Phillips - in the open fresh air - and still have to wear the masks? Do they not watch the local news or do they only get their news through Twitter and IG? It's not a nuclear fallout.

As was referenced in Guru the other day, Tim goes to Busch Gardens and refuses to touch any merchandise, but then touches bathroom mirror effects. Then a next vlog shows him at a Friends pop-up at Pointe Orlando and he's picking up and touching a bunch of stuff in the pop up. Only to then go off in a completely deserted corner with his mask still on with absolutely NO ONE in sight (he called it abandoned there) to give their daily organization shout-out all muffled.

It just doesn't come off as genuine. It comes off as a cross between true paranoia (or perhaps of someone who secretly just wants to stay at home and vlog from the couch because it's easier that way) and forced, fake, over-the-top paranoia to play up to the "stans / fans" to convey that they - and only they - are the only Disney / Orlando vloggers taking this seriously.

There is a lot of hypocritical behaviour going on.

I’m interested with the Disney Resorts opening from tomorrow and AP previews prior to the parks opening, how involved they are going to be.

The whole world is going to be watching when WDW opens, as a vlogger it’s going to a gold mine! Maybe too tempting for some....

OK, I know the whole "people change" bullcrap. But this was only like 7 years ago. Yeah, she looks younger, as expected. BUT he looks like a completely different person.

He really is like a chameleon. He adopts whatever look he thinks is going to get him attention - from his country mullet look to his grunge look to his homeless-man long-bearded look to this scrawny tattooed look to his handlebar mustache look to the present-day gosh darn ding dang Disney dad look. I've literally never seen a grown man change his look so often in a 10-year timeframe as I have Timmy B.

I've started sometimes saying ding dang cos of this forum (don't watch Dimmy enough to catch it from him) and people look at me like I'm insane

The one that surprised me the most was when Tim and Jen were constantly washing their hands and avoiding touching their faces, despite the fact that they weren’t leaving their house and hadn’t left the house for two weeks... are they paranoid or just thick? There’s no need to constantly wash your hands or avoid touching your face once you’re in your own home!

Equally weird to me is why they bothered to move all that unopened mail to their new house. Wouldn't you just have binned it all at that point?

I would imagine they would either stop by the time he becomes more recognisable as a toddler, or they will keep doing it to be like other Disney family vloggers.
Yet how often would Jenn actually go with Tim to the parks? And can they afford paying an annual ticket for a child when one adult barely goes that often?

You look at how the Trackers are throwing their kid to the wolves of social media/youtube/etc, and then you look at someone like Adam Savage of Mythbusters fame who has kept his kids 100% away from the media and everything. Even on Tested and his own Youtube channel he doesn't even divulge their names he calls them Thing 1 and Thing 2, because he wants his kids to have as normal as a life as possible, and not to be seen as that "token celebrities kid". I don't think the Trackers will change anything unless one of their crazy fans does something to them/Jackon while out at the parks.

You can always tell when it's a comped trip as they will be falling over themselves to say good things about it and rant about it. When they're paying themselves they're more honest. They didnt rate the California Grill brunch when they paid for it yet it's a fantastic experience and well worth it if you can get a reservation

The California Grill brunch is hands down one of the best dining experiences on Disney Property. My Fiance and I did it a couple years ago and we still rave about how good it was. The only downside is I don't drink, so it's kind of pricey that unlimited mimosas are built into the price and I wouldn't be having any. One funny thing about it, looking back now in the Covid-19 world was I was waiting on the buffet line at the counter of the California Grill and the person ahead of me was having trouble with the tongs to get some house made pickles from the charcuterie section so they stuck their entire hand into the jar to pull out what they wanted. Luckily one of the cooks saw this and took the jar off the line, threw everything out and brought out a new container. I get back to the table and tell my Fiance about it, and she's like "Was it a little kid or something?" and I'm like "Nope, it was that guy" I pointed to the guy who had to be 80+. One more thing about it, since they have live musicians there they took requests, it was a bit odd hearing a piano and cello version of Heart Shaped Box by Nirvana on Disney property. It was great, but I totally wasn't expecting to hear that song at a $90 per person brunch.

Yep. And they also linked their Amazon affiliate status to all of Jackson's baby stuff that they decorated his room with or were using for him. They couldn't even just show the stuff or list the stuff. They HAD to link it.

I mean, yeah...I suppose it makes good business sense.

But just comes across as ridiculous when you actually are trying to profit from people buying just what you bought for your baby - and without even truly reviewing it, talking about a product's pros / cons, showing all of it's features, etc. - just that you bought it. I know they did a review for the baby bag or something, but there was about $3,000-4,000 worth of stuff on that one list they posted (it was calculated on Guru, I remember) and they sure as hell didn't go over everything on that list.

Yeah and how much of that stuff got replaced quickly when they realized that it was useless? Like that baby motion rocker. Really? What's wrong with a regular baby swing? Too low class for you? So you go out and buy something even more expensive. Okay.... They are turning into too much of a family channel for me.

And I'm by no means a gourmet cook, but half the stuff they cook looks disgusting. I could cook better by throwing some ingredients together.

They have 777k followers, and have made a full and frank apology. Cannot see them being dropped. Yes they should feel some heat on this. There’s lots of incidents, from far more famous people’s pasts, coming to the fore now. Justin Trudeau and Jimmy Fallon spring to mind. Not everyone needs to be destroyed because of past mistakes, but they should Be made to know the pain those mistakes have caused.
