It wasn’t a very exciting final tbh. It would have been far more interesting if Rachel had left at the last round table and Stephen was up against 3 faithfuls. It was too predictable at the end.

Why did Stephen say the money would make a difference in his life ? He has 2 outfits that worth over a grand and he's a cyber security consultant he'd be on 100+ here in Ireland
Because now he can afford to buy 47 new jumpsuits 😑

More like he wants the win to launch his celebrity career rather than the money itself.

Im shocked how many here are buying the 'im just a little innocent Scottish island boy' act 😂

The traitors deserved that win, love her or dislike her, Rachel played a great game!

Who would have thought red faced, sweaty Stephen would win it?
I think the Traitors won mainly because the Faithfuls were so crap.
Stephen didn’t do the dirty on Rachel so that he could hold his head high and he came out of the show with integrity.
Although Rachel did the same, I don’t think she has come out of the show as well. I thought using her children at the end to protect herself was unnecessary and showed she will do whatever it takes to win.

I think had a few in the final round table gone for Stephen, Rachel would plausibly have gone for him but as it was there was not that much heat on him, in part due to the friendships he had created with others. Rachel needed Stephen far more than he needed her in the end. I do think there is an element of him not wanting to have the heat purely on him at the end had it just been him and Jack. Taking two traitors to end game probably helped Stephen psychologically come to terms with the situation.

I didn’t take to Rachel at all and when someone said her family had worn t shirts with her face on to the launch party I knew she’d win so that annoyed me knowing she was making mistakes yet would obviously get through.
Hoping she gets cash deducted for that spoiler!

He's probably already signed to present Strictly come dancing.

Reflecting on it, I think Rachel and Stephen's win was the deserved outcome, but they also benefited from a lot of luck.

  • Hugo being too obvious let the Faithful get an early win and thus divert attention away from early behaviour.
  • Fiona getting the hump and failing to make a clear-cut case against Rachel really helped burnish her 'Faithful' credentials, as did Harriet becoming irate and doing the same thing.
  • Fiona going down in flames also helped Stephen escape the library mistake, at least until they could murder Jessie.
  • The combination of banishments and murders taking out any person older than Rachel in the first 6 episodes really helped her take an unchallenged 'mother of the group' role till the end.
That said, to win as a Traitor you need luck to go your way. It's why Harry and Alan won, as they both could've easily been felled had it not been for luck in places. Likewise, and Rachel and Stephen did this too, all winning Traitors remain cool and collected under fire (despite sweating lol) whilst either trusting their partners (Alan with Cat/Jonathan; Stephen and Rachel) or going full gung-ho and throwing everyone else under the bus to win (Harry).

Not regions. Countries. All the regional English accents got voted out.
True! I also didn’t say regional English accents. I’d consider the Outer Hebrides a region of Scotland. Likewise with Rachel’s being a regional accent for NI.
