I don’t know how tall Danny Jones is but this costume makes whoever it is look like a short ass. Not sure if that’s because of the deceptive part of fish costume at the back

Darren Criss is shorter which made me think maybe but he has much better vocal control than piranha.

To be honest I don’t think it is meant to be a singing contest at all. There’s no emphasis to the audience that they should vote for the ‘best’ singer (and I suspect the audience vote is a charade anyway).

It’s just some January-filler cack TV with no real point to it
