Youngest child's choir performance tonight. One of the parents took it upon themselves to stand up at the end and recite a poem they had 'written' about the teachers.

It was long, mawkish and obviously AI. Everyone lapped it up .

Dropped the other half off at train station this morning just as his train was pulling in. The way he ran from the car into the station gave me massive ick....

Men de icing their cars with a little plastic scraper. Get some de icer and whack the heaters on in your car for a few mins. If youre in a real rush a bit of like warm water always does the trick

I was blessed years ago to witness a dick neighbour pour a kettle of water over his windscreen and crack it. Cheered me right up on a gloomy morning!

Running in any context other than as exercise can be a major ick! No one looks good running for a train or bus or across the road. It’s like dropping things, no one can pull off dropping something and picking it up, but it’s such a simple little thing I don’t know why it so easily causes the ick

Gave myself the ick. Dropped my phone on the treadmill, it went whizzing off but I tried to pick it up. I went whizzing off too. Luckily I managed to land on my feet. And thankfully the gym was basically empty so no one saw, I hope.

I would like to nominate the man on my flight back from Barcelona to Heathrow last night. I didn't know he existed until landing.

He stood up as soon as the plane stopped taxiing, was chewing gum, and had one of those truckers caps that seem to sit on top of your head rather than actually fit.

Also, the man in the row in front of him who was completely bald on top but had kept the side and back long and had put it in a top-knot style, just around the back of his head.

Clearly I was very judgy last night.

Men carrying shopping baskets in the crook of their arm- saw this at least 3 times in my local supermarket earlier and it just made me shudder. Sorry lads!
