They're a bunch of hillbillies. The complete lack of personal hygiene/pride in their appearance, the dreadful diet, zero exercise, and the house is an absolute state. Her room is starting to look like an episode of Hoarders, as is the shop. Now the strained relationships between her own children and Simon's. She has no friends from what we can see and is constantly giving off about other people in her videos, whether it be customers, Liz, or just the general public. Spends her days hustling and obsessing about money, and complains about the price of everything as if she was the only person being hard done by (£6 for a four pack of battered cod? Heaven forbid!). She's in her late 40s but already lives like a bitter old recluse. A pitiful character really. She needs an overhaul of her life or she could go down hill very quickly.
