I mean hes clearly got this understanding of Christianity from somewhere but it's ao unbelievably twisted the correspondence with Anna is just mental, I honestly can't make any sense of her position in all this. I guess she has little to no choice or say in anything, just which bad advice she takes :/

Those emails are so bizarre, from everyone involved. They just ramble on about nonsense. Josh sounds like he has Stockholm Syndrome from his upbringing. He alternates between railing at J’Boob and Meekchelle and “I love you Momma and Daddy”! He’s love bombing Anna to keep her sweet and it sounds like she’s bringing treated like an indentured servant. Shows how fake their show was and how different things are behind closed doors. I wonder about his siblings “dirty laundry “? Sounds like his defense was “ Caleb did it” but why does he blame the government?! Bizarre!

At one point I had some sympathy for her. No more. Feeling sexually attracted to someone who SA his sisters and cheated on her and who sexually assaulted some of those women is something I will never in a million years wrap my head around.
