I think thats the way they are brought up in the cult. The dad's make all the decisions for the family, which then passes on to the husbands. The woman are just taught from birth that what the men say goes.

Here's the call. She's deleted things off his iPad by the sounds of it & was trying to get her hands on his phone to do the same.
Shouldnt the police have taken his devices? Or would they only do that if there were suspicious over something. Surely hearing the call is enough for them to take them, deleting things wont always work once the tech team get a hold.
Nothing is ever gone unless the specific deleted file is overwritten.
It’s so weird, they sound like casual acquaintances rather than a couple. He never asked about her! The person analysing the video mentioned Kendra being left alone with the kids and Joseph not asking after them but that’s probably because Kendra doesn’t have them. As much as I think JimBob is a creep I don’t think that J kid smiled because JB moved his hands off his shoulders but because everybody had stopped singing happy birthday and was clapping for him.

Can I be really stupid and ask what a bond heading is? Did someone have to pay £600k to get him out on bail? Or is the £600k a security in case he doesn't turn up (at which point it is payable?)?
No so I’m not American but live in the US a few years, I don’t understand at all unfortunately so why I try and follow here. He likely has to pay a percentage of it, around 10% according to my first page of google results. So $60K but again, I really don’t know if this is true. It seems to vary by state. It’s mad they just let them out like that. I’m confused on whether he’ll be sentenced then on his trial date or not. He is mandated to show up or he faces a higher charge I suppose.
Others are reporting it was $600K! Have no clue I could be wrong. I did watch a recording of the live stream
It is 600k. 500k on one charge, 100k on the other. Generally you only need to pay 10%. Jim Bob will easily pay that amount and he’ll be free
They have lost custody of thier kids yet Kendras allowed to move in with Joy and Austin? She shouldnt be able to since they have children. I know her charges werent SA but if shes not safe round her own kids, shes not safe round any
Yes this is what I meant. He can obtain loans easier with those rit car lots and residential properties that they own. So he has more lending ability than most. I hope he doesn’t get let out after his trial. I downloaded this app called citizen over here and you can hear police calls etc in your city. (Do not recommend!) anyway, they publish sex offender details due to this law called Megan’s law. I could see loads around me registered at those addresses at one time, but this was a metro city so you’d expect it with some of the areas. They were walking free for the same type obviously but thought that Florida was conservative state and he was getting a harder sentence. it’s mad that Josh got 10 years and he was allegedly getting 20. Although this happens in Ireland too often with criminals hence the added confusion
