What do you wanna do before you kick the bucket...

From the big to the small. However weird.

Il start it with something really stupid.
I want to write a book, even if nobody ever reads it, it’s something I’ve always wanted to do and I’m embarrassed to admit it, but before I die I want to write a book.
(I also want to return to Rome. For one specific memory I almost want to relive, as much as I know I can’t.)

Ride in a hot air balloon.
Travel first class.
See an outdoor opera in Italy.

I’d like to finish an MA as I’ve started twice and stopped for various reasons

Mostly I want to see my children grow up happy, healthy and financially secure.

I really want to take a very early retirement and spend a couple of months a year in a warm climate.
I’d like to rescue a couple of donkeys, I just think they are lovely.
I would like to learn how to play the guitar, I had lessons for 6 months in my teens but then sports took over and I’ve always regretted not going back to it.

Thru Hike the AT or PCT. Leaning more towards the PCT atm.

I’m lucky to have achieved many things on my bucket list (I’m ancient so have had lots of time to do them!!) but still to do are:

1. See a great white shark in the wild
2. Visit the Australian Outback
3. Own and regularly drive a 1960’s Ford Zephyr

-Go metal detecting
-Get dressed to the nines in a dress and heels and go for dinner somewhere mega fancy in Paris, for example.
-Walk along the beach at dawn.

For many years I’ve wanted to go to my rugby club’s away match in Jersey… and I fly out to Jersey tomorrow evening!

Do you have one? Why/why not?
How do you document it? Paper? Word? App? Excel? Etc
What is on it? How specific? Eg - visit a country, or also all the things you want to do in the country too?
How many things does a good bucket list contain?

I enjoy both the bucket list family and family fizz. I’d simply like to travel with my family, though wouldn’t everybody.

You're probably right! I guess they're not all like Harry and megs which is how I imagine it but that's probably not the reality for most
