Still watching the final series, some good storylines, despite everything. I can't warm to Max, and he features in quite a few of these. One of the few characters that I didn't ever get to like.
I loved the storylines in the final series, it was the music and darkness that spoilt it!
Loved the bits of humour that was in it too. I was the same with Max, so annoyingly smug!

Watched Feet of Clay parts 1 and 2 last weekend on U&W. Had a glance this morning, planning to watch part 3 tonight. And it's not there. It's listed on their schedule. I clicked in briefly and it's a completely different episode, with the name listed as Feet of Clay part 3. Not to worry I found it online. Will be catching up later.

It's the one with the guy whom I think of as Vinny from Corrie. James Gaddas. Wrongfully convicted of murder, in a case that Heaton was involved with, many years earlier.

Speaking of Okaro, I remember when Heaton arrived, I thought I would never warm to him. But I did. He and Gina used to butt heads so much until they got to know and respect one another.

I watched the one ths morning where his little daughter was holding the guy at gunpoint. That's Ray Moore's daughter. Ray Moore. Ray Moore. 😁😉

It's mad how you can recognise someone's voice, isn't it! Do you remember DS Max Carter? He had quite a distinctive voice and I always loved it. I remember watching Police Interceptors one day and thinking, I know that voice... Googled it and it was him!

Also does anyone watch EastEnders? Alex Walkinshaw is in it now as Ross and honestly, I feel a bit sad watching him. He was so good as Smithy, and even when he moved over to Casualty/Holby he was still really good as Fletch but in EastEnders he just feels like a bit of a background character. I really wish they'd brought him in as a bigger character and actually given him something decent to work with.

I'm still watching these times. It's currently on the stories where Jo was promoted to sergeant, and is in uniform. I think she is such a great character. She got the team back on side after they were really disgruntled by Callum being suspended. They heard her tearing a strip off Max for criticising them, and they came back onboard with her.

Some good storylines but I really can't stand Max. He is the one character I can't see any redeeming features in at all.
Are you still watching the ones on Drama?
I loved the first episode with Ben and Roz and the pranks

IIRC that’s when Dan mistakes a block of coke for an mp3 player. Don’t know why I always remember that scene
Spot on. 😁
I didn't want to watch the whole story because it's not long since I watched that series, but I knew I'd enjoy rewatching that particular episode.

I didn't really like Beth as a character, nor the way they all spoke to her and treated her as if she was a child.

Watching a Hercule Poirot mystery on tv this evening and who should feature only John Bowler aka Roger Valentine. 😁 Very dapper he looked!

I was about to comment here that the older series includes the storyline about Ray Moore. Remember Ray Moore and how often Heaton mentioned Ray Moore, Ray Moore, Ray Moore.

And then Celebrity Traitors popped up on my newsfeed and guess who is in it only Ray Moore / Mark Bonnar. 😁
I liked that storyline!

From Thursday the episodes on Drama are going back to series 17. Eddie Santini and Rosie episodes
I have to deprogramme my brain and forget about what I just watched so I can get into this next lot. 😁
U&Eden is also showing an old series but I thought that might addle my head altogether, trying to watch that too.
