I remember the year Sugar knew he'd messed up by not hiring Susie Ma. Did he ever work with her after or has she done it all on her own?

She was young at the time also and these two finalists don't give off even an ounce of talent she had.
I think he invested, that was the skincare brand he was referencing last night in the boardroom. I think she’s gone it alone again now though and is no longer involved

I can't get over Karishma calling her dad "babes". What a cute moment.

Can’t believe anyone would pick Pascha over Dan.
Deadweight Dan whose business is making a loss yet paid himself £100k in dividends and a £75k salary? I'd have chosen Kieran over Dan at that point. Dan has a better business idea than Pascha's but it's not going to survive because 1. he's making stupid decisions and no one can stop him (except Sir Alan) and 2. his idea can and will be quickly replicated with greater success by someone with a sense of frugality.

Even with the loss of profit, they were all speaking more positively about Dan than Pascha and her 7-page business pamphlet.

Tropic Skincare

It’s basically an MLM skincare business

I can’t believe he admitted that he had a failing business whilst paying himself £175k for the year. Not surprised Alan didn’t want to get involved - he has proved he is tit with money and so what would be wasting £250k on.

Just catching up with the episode now.

I don't know what things are like in England, but the private heathcare companies are big business in Ireland. There's huge growth for it too, care staff visiting homes, care homes, disability services, respite houses. My son is a service user so it is something I pay close attention to !

Pascha could be onto something here, I don't think we should count her out of the running yet !!

In England they can be huge money if run right. A lot don't though. Agencies are crawling everywhere with it too. Her business has a chance but it's a saturated market. This is coming from working across children and adults care homes for more years than I'd care to share, and in a central services function.

I am rooting for Karishma and she deserves the win. She does have the fact that she is social media savvy on her side.

I just have a bad feeling that Sugar will see the dollar signs with the care industry and it is a market he hasn't tapped into yet

Karisma is head and shoulders above any of the others this year but not sure her skin oil is the best idea.. She has been excellent in the tasks…hope she wins as it’s a farce if Pascha wins.

It’s a saturated market from a recruitment perspective and ok she’s a principal consultant and a good biller but she seems very inexperienced and from experience you need to know your numbers inside out in this game
