If there’s a heritage steam railway near you, they need rags for lighting the locomotives. Info courtesy of my trainiac brother in law. What’s the best thing to do with very worn, stained baby/ toddler clothes? They are in too bad condition to sell or give to a charity shop. Should I throw them away (which makes me feel bad but I don’t think I have any choice)?
Treat yourself to a Crimpett, it’s a game changerI really want wraps for my lunch next week but everytime I make wraps and try to roll them, the wraps get holes in them or never as tight as they should be. I’ve added less food in the middle to see if that helps - it doesn’t!
Anyone got any videos I could watch that makes it sink in on how to do a tortilla wrap?!
i wrap them in tinfoil so it doesn't matter if they splitI really want wraps for my lunch next week but everytime I make wraps and try to roll them, the wraps get holes in them or never as tight as they should be. I’ve added less food in the middle to see if that helps - it doesn’t!

I've seen people take parts of clothes an turn them into little memory bears, they are quite cute an a lovely way to keep a hold of somethingWhat’s the best thing to do with very worn, stained baby/ toddler clothes? I’ll be honest, I think it’s a bit weird, and some people are very sensitive about religious matters. I wouldn’t buy this.Super Muslim 5 Piece Tableware Set

I am buying a gift for a friend in works baby grandson. Would this be offensive or funny gift? It’s a Muslim family. I just thought it was really cute and funny for the baby.
Thank you for any opinions.
Thank you - it’s always hit and miss when you try and get something a bit unusual. We’ll stick with something cute and simple. Thanks again xI would steer clear of anything with religious content. Just buy the baby a cute tableware set with his name on.
I take some B-vitamin in the morning or something like berrocaDoes anyone struggle with feeling exhausted in the morning and if so have you found anything to help with it?
All my life I've always struggled with mornings, doesn't matter if I've had a perfect night's sleep with no disturbance or if it's been broken sleep, it's always a struggle to get out bed and leaves me feeling quite honestly pissed off, I don't use an alarm because I naturally wake between 7am an 8am and so long as I am up at 8 then it's fine so it's not like I am being woken from an alarm either, once I am up an had breakfast then am fine, but it's just the whole trying to get out of bed an that drowsy feeling I can't get rid off
I take magnesium and 5HTP and multivitamin pillsDoes anyone struggle with feeling exhausted in the morning and if so have you found anything to help with it?

Would taken these eventually help if they are in the system?I take magnesium and 5HTP and multivitamin pills
Tbh i think that's pretty normal?Would taken these eventually help if they are in the system?
I actually feel fine when am up an dressed, don't feel the tiredness or the strong want to stay in bed, it only seems to happen when I first wake up despite the fact am naturally waking in the first place
Just because you are naturally waking doesn't mean you've had adequate rest .Does anyone struggle with feeling exhausted in the morning and if so have you found anything to help with it?

This may be controversial but I find keeping the curtains open actually make it easier for me to get up in the morning. Waking to darkness makes me want to stay comfy and cosy. Waking to a bright light room is a little more invigorating or something?Would taken these eventually help if they are in the system?

right? i thought this was just part of being a humanTbh i think that's pretty normal?I'd actually be interested to hear from anyone who wakes up and is immediately ready to go and full of energy
I never thought of that, I had thought because I was naturally waking then my body deemed I had enough rest, maybe my sleeping isn't as great as I am thinking it isJust because you are naturally waking doesn't mean you've had adequate rest .
I do have blackout curtains, they do still let light in around the edges so it's never still proper dark in the mornings but maybe I'll look into some lighter curtains to brighten the room better in the morningsThis may be controversial but I find keeping the curtains open actually make it easier for me to get up in the morning. Honestly am not expecting to just wake up an have boundless energy, I just would prefer my body didn't feel such a dead weight in the morning that it's actually affecting my mood having to physically get out of bedTbh i think that's pretty normal?I'd actually be interested to hear from anyone who wakes up and is immediately ready to go and full of energy
Yeah fair just cause you said you feel fine when you get up and i think for most people it can be hard to get up. But i do agree with the other person saying just because you wake up naturally it doesn't mean you're rested. I often wake up earlier when my body is very "on the go" and it signals to me i need to take some time off or prioritise rest.I never thought of that, I had thought because I was naturally waking then my body deemed I had enough rest, maybe my sleeping isn't as great as I am thinking it is

I've found my sleep has improved since I got a silk eye mask and Loop ear plugs.I never thought of that, I had thought because I was naturally waking then my body deemed I had enough rest, maybe my sleeping isn't as great as I am thinking it is
