Me too, it actually makes me anxious, they leave my stuff in the most random places. I’ve complained & complained to Amazon but nothing has been done.Amazon around my way straight up ditch stuff at my door an go, when I get to the door it's to see the van driving away, they have no interest anymore, it used to be that they had to take a picture of the door half open before they could leave but I see it was short lived, I think now if they see the ring doorbell they are like ehh well there's your evidence I was at your door, not sure if they realise I could easily delete that footage an claim I never got it
They put one of my parcels one day inside my bin, it had been emptied that morning but I was like what the hell, but usually it's stuffed between the wall and plant pot but in the pot so my poor little tree is wrecked by themMe too, it actually makes me anxious, they leave my stuff in the most random places. Could be an anxiety response they can't control, but I guess it would depend on their facial features, if their face looks visible angry then am not sure what their problem could be, but if it's just a generally red face an they don't look angry it might be caused by a type of anxiety or blushing which is caused by emotionsWhat does it mean when someone looks at you and always goes bright red ? Even when speaking to them and engaging at work. I thought they were angry with me but I haven’t done anything to them so it’s not that but they look visibly fuming?
For me it’s an anxiety thing, and I sadly still remember going bright red in a 1:1 meeting with a colleague who I had a rather raunchy dream about just a few days previouslyWhat does it mean when someone looks at you and always goes bright red ? I would recommend to anyone, call or online chat customer service with Amazon. Being physically disabled, I simply cannot get to the door quickly to answer it. There's a note on my account saying this but the drivers just don't care or read it.Customer service is really good and they often can sort these things out.
Yeah I'd be finding a new surgery as well, I've never received anything like this, absolutely shocking this is allowed to go through considering there are vulnerable elderly people who can't change surgery but can't always make an appointment due to ill health, that would definitely come across as threating to themMy GP surgery, like many I can’t get an appointment but yesterday I got a txt message threatening me that if I didn’t make an appointment for my annual review for my ongoing medication they will basically ask me to leave the surgery & find a new one, I’m not on any ongoing medication, I last had antibiotics for a kidney infection in November last year & then medication for my gallstone attack in April last year, so now I need a blood test, next appointment 10th March! So it’s ok to threaten me but when I need an appointment & can’t get one then that’s ok! It’s a good job I’m not elderly & housebound, I did say the wording is disgusting & needs to be more tactful, but was told it’s a generic txt, anyway I’ve now found a new surgery as I won’t be treated like a piece of shit & feel the appointment is a waste especially when it could be used for people who have health problems ie diabetic, asthmatic etc….
Make an official complaint. My daughter is a type 1 diabetic - she had a medication review booked as a telephone consultation, they never called, and she received a snotty text just 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment just like this. Saying she should take her chronic illness seriously! It was the exact same situation as this - really disgusting, and quite frankly, anyone who has lived with type 1 diabetes or has loved ones with it knows that they take it 'seriously' - she's been injecting multiple times a day for 20 years. My GP surgery, like many I can’t get an appointment but yesterday I got a txt message threatening me that if I didn’t make an appointment for my annual review for my ongoing medication they will basically ask me to leave the surgery & find a new one, I’m not on any ongoing medication, I last had antibiotics for a kidney infection in November last year & then medication for my gallstone attack in April last year, so now I need a blood test, next appointment 10th March! That is disgusting, my friend is a patient at the same surgery, booked in at reception, told to sit upstairs, waited after appointment time then got a shitty text message about missing their appointment even though they were literally sat there, went to reception, explained & was told basically the GP wouldn’t see them!My daughter is a type 1 diabetic - she had a medication review booked as a telephone consultation, they never called, and she received a snotty text just 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment just like this. While I agree that message was totally out of order I just wanted to say there is a good argument for preventative care. A blood test now could save you getting poorly and requiring more care in the future so it’s definitely worth taking if they’re offering. Something like B12 deficiency, anemia, thyroid issues etc could be flagged and remedied with meds and even if you feel well now it gives a comparative base line for if you did feel unwell in future.I don’t want to be wasting an appointment for blood tests when I’m not on any medication when someone else can have it instead. Surely I should be making an appointment for when I want to see a healthcare provider not the other way round & certainly not be bullied or threatened.
I guess it would depend on age, I'd say if young 20s then that's about long enough, 30s I'd have been gone before 7 years if they were certain they weren't going commitAt what point do you issue someone an ultimatum? MrBabes and I have been together 7 years, he knows I want to get married, every time I bring the subject up he usually just brushes it off. At what point do you walk when they won’t commit?
Both in our late 30s, I don’t want a wedding right now, but a commitment would be nice. I’d already wasted 10 years of my life with an ex who said he’d marry me then fucked off with a 20 year old. Just getting a bit fed up of it all now, seeing folk who’ve got in relationships after us who are now married or getting marriedI guess it would depend on age, I'd say if young 20s then that's about long enough, 30s I'd have been gone before 7 years if they were certain they weren't going commit
I know you say he brushes it off but if you are certain it's what you want then I'd be telling him at this stage he needs to stop brushing it off an give an answer, either it's a yes or no, there's no "maybe" or "we'll see", there doesn't need to be a wedding asap but he needs to at least be honest if he's going to commit, the older you get the more people are already settled down an harder it may be to find someone else
Yeah I totally get that, an yeah I'd say now would be the time that he's got to give an answer, like you said there doesn't need to be a wedding now but at least knowing there will one day would be enough, does he fear if he says yes it will be booked within a year? Could even just saying in X amount of years time you would want it?Both in our late 30s, I don’t want a wedding right now, but a commitment would be nice. Does he even want to get married? I guess that's the first consideration whether you want the same thing. Both in our late 30s, I don’t want a wedding right now, but a commitment would be nice. Is it commitment or marriage you want? I’m not married but we’ve been together 20 years. Both in our late 30s, I don’t want a wedding right now, but a commitment would be nice.
