RSPCA wont do anything regarding that video. All they'll see is a owner playing with his dog.Don't have tiktok, had to Google. He rags that poor dog around! Picking dogs up like that then shaking them around is going to strain and injure them. The guy is a prick and I'm reporting him to the RSPCA myself now, he throws the gonk down at the dog too, that's going to make him on edgepisses me right off the way he treats dogs!
