So, he's pulled customers rocky road from the family fridge, it not been covered at all, then he's left the fridge door open while he chats shit on camera.

I thought exactly the same.
Those two in the fridge every five minutes. Plus the kids aswell with grubby fingers. The door left swinging open.
Uncovered food which he’s selling to the general public. Possibility of cross contamination/ germs/ allergens etc.
Surely food that’s being sold needs to be kept in a separate fridge.

He's limiting his type of followers and customers with this kind of language, I love the word cunt, I think Terry is a massive cunt but I'm not saying that all over my business page.
This type of post isn't going to attract the kind of customers who will stick around and help make your business thrive! He's only going to have a very limited reach if he carries on like this.
The pumpkin farm cakes shit all over his too, wonder if it gave him ideas to start doing seasonal bakes because at the moment he's not expanding quickly enough and churning out the same old pieces of brick will tire fast.
