I’m signed up for WW but stress and business have meant I only did 2 weeks. The app is fab - I can’t decide what to do

Hello! I'm going to rejoin slimming world once the kids are back in school. I was brain washed for so long about it (thanks squealer) but when I do it properly it does work....and omfg do I need to lose weight!! Creeping up to 25 stone now and I'm miserable, really want to get healthy and happy for my children. And to be able to fit in chairs with arms without thinking I might get stuck! (fun fact, I went to my local theatre a few weeks ago to see the panto and I think they were the worlds smallest chairs - I just about managed to squeeze my rather large bum in but my a was black and blue the next day!!)

My journey thus far
October 3rd 2021 - 123.8kg
January 1st 2022 - 111.7kg
Down 12kg it’s a great result but i am only 1/2 way to my goal of getting under 100kg.
I eat 4 meals a day total of roughly 2200 cals
The main thing I have changed is my mindset I have written down my main goal then broken that down into smaller goals. If you write it down then it becomes tangible you see it and as they say if you can see it then you can achieve it.
We all know the results we want and we all can achieve it, to be honest it takes effort but never give up all I want you all to do us keep thinking “What If” - what if I give up today I’ll be back to where I started but What If I keep going is that not the best What If because if you keep going your goals will be achieved without doubt. Don’t ever give up on your dream. I know I am going to achieve my goal there is no doubt about that, now that’s not ego talking that’s confidence because I have had my What If moment and I am know at the What If I keep going after I achieve my main goal is that not the best feeling ever .
