And this is based on having only one friend from Serbia? Have you ever been to Serbia? How many Serbian, Balkan, or Slavic women do you know? Many people believe that Balkan women, including Serbian women, are among the most beautiful.I have a genuine question. From a young age, I've noticed that women can be quite hard on each other—often criticizing appearances or accomplishments, particularly when they see someone doing better than themselves. For example, I made the decision to distance myself from most of my girlfriends, except for one, to focus on my personal growth. This choice helped me avoid backstabbing, bullying, and drama, and I believe it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I see similar traits in Tamara.
Isn't this behavior often rooted in jealousy? My second question is about the tendency I’ve observed among Balkan women in high school: they seem to be very envious of each other's successes, often aiming to undermine them instead of celebrating accomplishments. I have a colleague who, after marrying a Swedish man, distanced herself from tradition and shared some unsettling stories with me (I’m Swedish). It appears that they often make negative remarks about each other, especially regarding beauty.
Let’s be honest—many Serbian women tend to possess a more masculine appearance and don’t fit conventional standards of femininity, while a small percentage do embody more traditionally attractive qualities. Unfortunately, those who do are often criticized by others who may feel threatened. Is this forum largely filled with Serbian women? And before anyone asks, no this is not Tamara.
Thank you in advance!
This thread is largely filled with Serbian women because Tamara is Serbian. However, it's one thing to criticize a public figure who shares every detail of her life and quite another to generalize and label all Serbian women as masculine, jealous, and poor friends. Such generalizations reflect poorly on you. I won’t say that all Swedish women are judgmental because they are not. It’s just you! Please consider making your perspective more nuanced and fair.
